amatthews45
Hey guys Been thinking of ideas of mounting 3 gauges in the centre dash area I not a fan of piller pods but understand they are practical. I had a crazy idea the other day using one of the Scooby 3 gauge pods above the heaters on the flat part of the dash and ditch the clock would look good I think. Has anyone done this? If not shoe me your set ups I am curious

dj-rix
Soon to be flocked and installed, also have another 2 gauges in the pillar pod.
amatthews45
That second PIC is excatally what I want! What holder did you use to mount on the dash? Was that hard work to mount?
dj-rix
The dash itself isn't flat, had to cut the shape of the holder out the top of the dash so it sits level. As I'm flocking it I didn't mind chopping it, all the cuts will be hidden.Pod was from ebay.com, about 15-30£ I think
amatthews45
That's amazing! Wonder how much a spare dash would set me back? Haha seems extreme but that's what I visioned in my head! Be rude not to do it after seeing that All the holders I seen are like 40ish would love find one that cheap
dj-rix
It came from Thailand if that helps

Right?I've definitely got pics in my build thread (click in my sig). The remotes have their own bit of sticky tape underneath and the wires have some length so you can set them nearby within reason!
