Little update!

Still no engine, it's all built and ready for me to collect we are just waiting on a crank pulley to turn up! This should turn up at Robs tomorrow and I'll go down after work to collect the engine :)

Meanwhile I sent off my cam cover to Dean @ RW Developments to be acid dipped and sprayed gloss black.

I have also purchased a few other bits so will update when they arrive :)

Test fitted the manifold and turbo this evening just to make sure the turbo wasn't fouling on anything!

Also added a little strip of heat tape to my fresh cam cover!

And this turned up from Idrees yesterday! Thanks bud!

Rear entry front mount, should help with spooling times slightly!

Another update!

A while ago I purchased some levin brakes and disc's from Russ on here, but after fitting them found that my Rota's where hitting the callipers. I kept my eyes open for a pair of hubcentric spacers to pop up for sale and with a bit of luck some 20mm ones came up so I grabbed them.

Got these fitted and then found that the wheel studs extended through the spacer and wouldn't allow the wheel to sit flush! So today I enlisted the help of my old man to cut the wheel studs down for me!

Once we had done both sides I chucked on a wheel and checked clearances! All was good!

Problem solved! Now I just need some for the rear!

Also some bits turned up for the engine from TD! Thanks Mike!
