Look a bit like volks. Got the same inner markings as the 18" set of volks shorty kindly left at mine to clutter the hallway!

Volks of some kind (I can see the tell-tale band that they put on behind the spokes; badly sprayed it seems), and knowing you, I;d say 80-90 per wheel.
