I like the old vrs better, those old diesel engines few small mods and remap will produce good figures mk1 octavia, lupo gti, old boxy ibiza cupra much more better choice's imo VW are great and well built no doubt about that, everything just seems alot of weight where not needed. It all depends on what you want if it's just to wack the kids in just a bora or something would do lol you don't really need to spend that vrs price same some cash for the starlet

i prefer to drive a 20 year old jap over any new vag there is just no feeling in them death traps anymore them cars drive you so no fun in that

Bang for buck. mk3 Ibiza Cupra. 150 horse from a 1.8t engine. And they are damn cheap now!
