Can anyone help me

My warning light has stopped working

I've checked the bulb and it's fine and fuel gauge works properly

What else could be causing the light not to come on when low on fuel?

All suggestions appreciated

Think most people's tend to pack in, pretty sure mine doesn't work neither I never let mine get under a quarter anyways so I wouldn't see it ha!

It does not bother me as I've been driving for over 6 months since it stopped working but I just like things to work, I know I'm being a bit obsessive but that's me.

I was told a while back that's it good to let the tank get low so there is less crap deposited at the bottom of the tank, don't know how true that is but it's become a habit now.

Thanks 👍🏻

Where is the fuel sender unit located and would I need to replace the whole thing or can I fix the faulty bit that's causing the light not to work?
