I am looking at options for new clutches its my daily driver but needs to hold 300bhp also any suggestions? Ive been told to go for a twin plate someone said a company called extreme do good ones

Puks are like the spokes of the clutch plate. The more puks the easier clutch engagment is.

So a 6 puk, stage 4 competition, sprung clutch would be the i would get

personally I prefer the jap stuff, go for an orc - lots of people have had issues on here using competition clutches.

I'm using an Ogura ORC309, lovely clutch to use. Probably not the best to use in stop start traffic however; it certainly doesn't like to be slipped. I can't comment for power as I'm still only on a standard CT9 @ 0.7 bar (lol!), but people have run them at high power levels with no problems.
