turbo-fever Posted July 24, 2015 Author Share Posted July 24, 2015 Addymk2 - thanks mate got a few dents and scrapes but nothing major not to mental maybe 1.5 bar might change to td04 hybrid as the 5 is to LaggyMaddox710 - cheers dude yes had my mechanic take sump off h section rods arp rod bolts unsure on the pistons and thicker headgasket brand new pick up he said looks to be a really clean and new engine. turbo-fever Posted July 27, 2015 Author Share Posted July 27, 2015 Well little update apart from having to do a compression check this week , I thought I might as well lower starlet on the bc coilovers that got delivered Sunday Gonna let it settle a little but really wanna go lower also got a Leon cupra r splitter to go on to should help the front look a little lower. turbo-fever Posted August 1, 2015 Author Share Posted August 1, 2015 Compression check was done today and was pretty much 180 psi across all 4 cylinders which is a load off my mind, changed the o ring on the dipstick and seems to have stopped it blowing out Cleaned the headlights with toothpaste (actually works lol ) painted the windscreen washer blades as they were rusty as he'll and fitted Leon cupra r splitter, pictures to follow ! Also gonna make a removable silencer so the exhaust will be straight through all the way Rollcage took a lot of modification to get in ! Was expecting about 250 and she came up with 243bhp and 224 torque and fueling is OK tiny bit rich but nothing to worry about Quote Link to post Share on other sites
