Remove it...

Don't up the boost if your car isn't running the supporting modifications required for it.

Use either a plug and play ECU (has a more aggressive map from several different tuning company's such as blitz, mines, jam etc..) or a Piggyback/Standalone management system (These however need to be mapped on a rolling road but are there best way of running more boost and altering feeling etc)

Okay so just had a problem staring again so it isn't that, if I unplug ecu then plug back in it starts straight away, any ideas?

Remove the FCD.. Throw it in the bin.. Put the stock ECU on and keep the boost at .8 bar or below

I had agro with one before took me days to sort.basically they have to be fitted with battery disconnected, setting 12 then when connected up to car, then battery on,start car THEN adjust to setting you require which is 9 lowest ideally.
