So after the clutch had been run in it was very keen to see what power it was running before I tucked it away for winter.

Done a compression test the week before and had 150 ish across all 4 so was happy to see what it pulled.

Took the V to JF automotive in Maidstone which was local for work, booked in Saturday morning and away it went. 1st time I've had a car on the rollers i was nervous but all went well.

182 bhp at the flywheel @ 1 bar. I was happy enough with this. Later that day I found a JAM FCD wired into the ecu which explained why I never experienced fuel cutt.

March 2015 I had the car booked in at TD for: TD04 Kit, Emanage Blue, TD Fuel rail with braided lines, FPR & fuel filter change, Ultra racing C-Pillar and Ultra Racing H-Bar.

Got the car dropped off on a trailer with Mike and waited for the call to see what it made.

Couple of weeks later I had the call one evening from Mike to say it was all done and had made 235bhp at just over 1 bar. I was very happy with the results and made plans to go and pick it up

I was very impressed with Mike @ TD and would recommend them to anyone. Gave my car lots of love when they had it even gave he block & head a fresh coat of paint and a few other nice little touches that I wasn't expecting. 10/10.....the drive back was fun !!

Had a play around with TD04 Kit trying it without the screamer on....but once you've experienced a screamer they become addictive !!

Seats were the next thing on the list. Stock Glanza seats are shockingly bad as we all know. I was looking at Bride seats for some time but just couldn't get my head around the price. Decided to go for some reclining Sparco's which I'm really happy with.

Done 3 runs, 1st one was the best of the bunch 14.2 didnt fully commit on any if them as I was too scared to blow it. Was great fun at the Japshow meet some cool people and learnt loads for next time.

Having LSD massively helps with the launch but found it tricky to get the right amount of revs...too much and it's just massive wheel spin not enough and you get bogged down a bit. Against the R33 I nailed it at about 4k and it surprised me how quick it picked up and went.

@turbotarquin on insta for vids if you want

Couple of weeks ago my pcv snapped clean off my rocker, it was only ever a short term set up having it drilled out. Sent it off to Dean @RW who got it done properly for me with braided lines and of course a fresh coat of Milano Red
