  1. I doubt it was bigger then a 1.3 too, considering that the only bigger engine would be a 1.5 diesel.
  2. both look good. I like the red writing on the silver and it's not a advance, its just a later facelifted model. Please get this right, it's been said so many times now. All GT advance's have 2 tone paint, black top, grey bottom, LSD is still optional extra. All GTs from mid 1994 to the end of production were quad headlamp models. in fact L reg quad's are quite rare. must have got a really early one.
  3. how did you do it then? I'd expect most starlet engines to go bang through the owner turning up boost without addressing fueling, but yours isnt turbo charged
  4. good read, i always forget how it works. think i'll pass on fitting it to any turbo car i ever own though
  5. on my GT redline is 7200, but the rev limit is higher, I've not hit that though so don't know where it is.

nice find, not seen that site before
  7. It's only the internet calm down. but 95mph on ice around a private bend at age 16, I'm real impressed wish I was as cool as you.
  8. I think it does mate... how odd <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought that too... weird. and what the fuck is up with its grille? looks like its been photoshopped by some kid with a crayon. anyway back on topic.. you got a nice starlet mate, is the silver bit on your rocker cover painted or polished? looks fooking nice contrasting with the red.
  9. Make sure you pop along to the hampshire starlet meet to see all the locals
  10. how did the starlet do in the crash then? 95mph and going down a bank and flipping over would usually mean a fatal ending, consider yourself lucky. never mind though, you can always get another car. just as long as you learn from this.

  19. Don't really like that starlet, bumper is too ott, rest isn't that bad really
  20. It actually looks pretty mean with the black bumper, like a goatee ;)
  21. Handling is more then shocks and springs, for the best set up, you'll want a rear swaybar, and a front castor kit. if you lower (dampers and springs or coilovers) you should get a adjustable panhard rod too. Do you go on track often? if so, go for coilovers, if not, save the money and stick with shocks+springs, dont really need the castor kit either, but the rear swaybar is desireable. to improve handling,
