Thanks guys, Scutch0 - yer, they're standard 4AGE blacktop ITBs. No vids as of yet, but it IS loud. The filters seem to have made it a little quieter than the open throttles, but still sounds as nice as any toyota or honda valve timing car. SiCaln - Yer dude, its be ready for a few weeks. Ok, heres another update. Got the filters a few days ago and they are in, just had time to take some pics and i thought i'd share it with you guys. Had to use my big black surge tank to let the filters clip onto somthing, enjoy.

If you want more info, you could try the levin sites rather than a starlet one... forgive me if it sounds bad, but im not trying to be rude, don't get me wrong, your more than welcome to this site, but i mean, if your looking for info on levins, it might get more answers from a levin forum. Ok guys, here it is. Some pics to satisfy your curiousity. These pics were taken a few days ago, but i hadn't had the time to upload them. The latest installation were the yellow fog lights, but now i've put the tachometer in, but curently don't have any pictures of it. I shall put some pics up of the tachometer once i have have my filters on and do it all at once. But here are some pics for now, just on my dad's drive. A few pics of my HIDs and yellow foglights, i need something to cut through the fog (when i happens) instead of the HIDs reflecting it back into my face lol. Haven't teste

Yer, i've heard about that... apparently the 4age never shows the power on rolling roads that is stated on paper.. but some figure below it... i'm interested to do a rolling road test to check it out aswell as to get them to pinpoint where my shift light should come on for best performance.. Its interesting you should say that it showed 6500rpm because on paper it should be 7800rpm.. As for me, i haven't hit the limited either, and i didn't have a rev counter, i'm tempted to take the SR out to see where i went, as i shifted by the sound of the engine. Well, i have a set of the second gen and they're great, too soft IMO at the beggening, so i changed the preload (the amount the springs bounce) and i love it. I keep the damper setting to the soft side so its a nice comfy ride but the preload lets me stay vertical when i go round any courner. With all Coilovers really its about setting it to your own preferences, anything can be personalised. However, i know the First gen were/are alot harsher than the second as shelly has them, and she had to change the springs to make it less harsh.

I'd love to mate, but i haven't yet raised my car.. we shall see. Plus, i don't have any filters in atm, just running with open 'trumpets' if you will... But i'll be sure to attend the following ones as soon as its done. My unlce helped me change my fog lights today, along with wiring up the rev count to the ECU. Its ALOT simpler than we thought. All the ECU diagrams didn't match up with wiring colours and all that, but following the pins they are right... however... the translation for my Pivot tachometer gave instructions to match the rev wire to the negative pin... Long story short...

Glanza's look much nicer, but depends on what you want.. the glanza is more micra looking and the gt is more nova looking BUT, the gt has nicer standard seats... they are sports seats whilst the glanza is like as flat as a board like the n/a starlets The wieght different is only like 10kg, not worth taking into account... Depends on what you're going to do with it. But don't listen to me, i dont have any lol. I just know some close mates or sister who has them.
