  1. Cheers Si. Just make sure it hides the reverse light Ry! Give us some pics when you get it done mate.
  2. I've taken it a little step further and had my clusters sprayed the same metalic paintwork as my car's body. I left the reflectors as they were because thats what keeps it legal apparently. I've had these done a while back now, and i've passed and had many cops tail me and still no problems. I got a bodyshop to spray them with 2 coats instead of the normal 4 coats they do on bodywork so that enough light can get through to see my brakes and indicators. Its just then up to the bodyshop's skill in keeping the layers even. Because the clusters have been sprayed, it does make the brake lights and indicators a little dimmer, but if you're worried about it, you can always do 1 coat just to be safe... Jus thought i'd give you another option to tinting your lights, i think i paid about £15... not really sure tho.. P.S I mainly got them sprayed because i wanted to hide the single reverse light, i find it anoying having a random white patch on the car Heres a pic:
  3. Yer, i would check with my car aswell... but i currently do not have it. But im sure someone else can lend you a hand. Good luck mate.
  4. O i c, lol. Well, if it isn't talking about it half way down the page about some pulleys, then i'm not really sure lol. Probably have to wait till tomorrow when the more technical people can help ya, sorry. I had mine installed by toyota, so i didn't need to or do anything lol. If not, you could PM Glanza_ragger directly to get his attention when he's next online.
  5. Did you have the seller at gun point or somthing? Nice find mate, good on ya!
  6. Wow, i'm surprised it hasn't died yet tbh lol.
  7. Ummm, where is it now... aha! Check out the link, its from the technical section of how 2's this should be able help you rather than me babbling on good luck mate! http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=4486
  8. Nice one mate, not really a fan of the 4 spokes... but each to their own oppinion. Thats a nice christmas pressy for yourself on wednesday.
  9. I believe so... because you need an extra cog to power the air con. Can anyone elaborate?
  10. I c, well... i don't know what you've been saying, but lets hope its not another one of these... (its about the scooby owners coming onto the starletclub to start somthing..) http://toyotagtturbo.com/showthread.php?t=5744 And this is how it ended... http://toyotagtturbo.com/showthread.php?t=6626 Anyways... back to the topic, is your disgustingly ugliest car reliable montanajr?
  11. I've always loved the look of the GT4s, seems in perfect condition aswell, well kept mate.

    Hi

Lol, oops, sorry, just spammed your rides section with welcomes, i thought that was the welcome post haha. Neways, welcome to the club mate.
  14. Lol, a little bit off topic here... but im interested... WHO said that??
  15. Well, as of most cars, if you take care of it, it will take care of you. Don't rag it cold, well... generally try not to rag it really Nah, i've had no problems except my interior light keeps going... don't know why either, but not really fussed about finding out. I can turn it on and off, theres just no auto Good luck with finding a nice starlet! Which kind are you going for?
  16. Are you sure you dont have anymore cars stored away somewhere or maybe a bike on the side??? Well, welcome neways, and remember to post on the extreme ep riders section so people can see who they're talking to.
  17. Not completely sure on that one lol, i don't have the engine with me to check, but i'll put it past him to make sure. Yer, i jus got the plastic bit, as that was the only part that was damaged, jus a few scratches here and there on the rocker cover thats all. But i've just ordered in some Velocity stacks from technotoytuning, well... Jay (my bro, also on Levinoc) did for me. He got some red ones but i wanted silver. It seems all of Wheelsjamaica.com people recommend when they went into full details of the 4age and trumpets. If you're interested into a long and insightful read, here's one of the links: http://www.wheelsjamaica.com/wheels_forum/...p;topic=45443.0 I must add tho, 4E-FTE knows sooo much! AND he says: *** Quote *** Yes, I back. What the hell have I been doing. Reading! Got some more jap crap, so I'll share it with you all. This is to get all you Levin guys started. As usual I'll be frank. I'm no tuner. I read, research, and recommend to other folks. I put what I want on my own car. That's it. Want tuning, talk to Toyracer or someone like that. Need ADVICE, I'm most willing as people know. I don't own a Levin (Starlets rule) *** Quote *** Representing starlets! lol How sad am I...
  18. O, if you want ITBs, wouldn't it be better to get BT ones because they're bigger? But i suppose finding them might be a problem aswell
  19. Welcome mate, glad to see you've joined up! And wow, you're a busy man, you got two cars already with thier own projects and still you want to get a starlet or paseo with a 4age? 3 cars? Thats just greedy man! but seriously, good to have you on here, hope you enjoy your stay and keep us posted with what you're up to.
  20. Hey mate, glad to see you've joined up, Mikey Jay is also on here because he had/has a starlet too. Umm, the new rocker cover is £36.97 + VAT. I've been speaking to my mechanic and told him about a previous post about the fitting of the engine and cutting the chassis a bit. I was told by a guy on this forum called c2888 (he's got a silvertop in his starlet): ***Quote*** You need to cut one of the chassis rails to get it to fit. You will not get it in there without cutting. If you cut right side, you won't need custom driveshafts, BUT I think the chassis is severly weakened and needs some major reconstruction. Cut left side for gearbox clearance and you will need custom shafts. ***Quote*** When i told my mechanic, he said that in the other cars (when i showed him some pics), the brake master cylinder is on the left hand side of the car, and mine is on the right. So if i don't cut the left hand side, my engine will foul on the brakes. So i guess i only have one choice But i trust my mechanic to make the best choices. More info will be posted up when i find out more myself Haha, do it! lol. Join the group, there are a few starlet owners who want to do this in the future aswell, but whatever you do, we'l support you all the way mate. But seeing all the other EP82s aswell will probably make you wanna keep to that instead
  21. But now you have to think, what happens if someone mistakes your Naglewagon for a saxo... or the other way round? Only jesting mate, it looks good, but i think you should claim some money for copyright or somthing I'm guessing your next mod will be the CF cooling panel eh Phil?
  22. Its good to get it off your chest tho eh. But did anyone think that the hosting websites should feel responsible for the videos it has? Do you really think that people would copy that kind of behaviour? IMO, i don't think its any worse than films you get in the cinema, or even watchdog where they show blind spots the cameras can't see or how people broke into a house.. if you should blame the hosting site then you have to blame everyone else aswell... Any more thoughts?

Haha, so i wasn't going completely insane, ahh, still a bit left.
  24. Lol, you really want this don't ya? Unfortunatly its something i'd invest in.. But im sure plenty of others will want some.
