Assuming you want this info Full race spec head (extended port and polish, faced, valve seated and shimmed, including): Uprated Valve Seals Uprated Valve Springs (suitable for high lift billet cams) Uprated Valve retainers Solid buckets with lash caps, and shimmed Billet camshafts 8.8-9.0mm lift and 272 degrees duration This was all done by zisco. Also the compression test we done was with engine warm . What doesn' make sense to me is if they was something wrong then why get the exact same figure across all cylinders .We just doin -

Need some info I've tried looking it up .but can' seem to get a spot on answer. I have 74.5mm wiseco pistons with scat rods and head work done including Billet camshafts 8.8-9.0mm lift and 272 degrees duration im trying to do a compression test and my results are showing 8.1 which is about 125 psi across all cylinders Abit puzzled where I'm going wrong any help would be highly appreciated -
Simple word. That power is pointless .hence been searching high and low for an alternative to put all that power down . Dog box we all know the price . And yeah that's about it.

Now next would be a roll cage .getting the suspension and handling right .plan on drag event .and most of all a solid gearbox to use all the power. And just enjoy it to myself . -

Hello once again. Sucks after being helped by Morgey for changing the title and getting ready to give big updates .got robbed at home .my phone along with my entire folder of my build pics and info gone in that. Hey guys finally car is sorted. And an update just pulled the banjo bolt by oil filter housing and poured little oil through and oil light immediately went off .and started building pressure. Still abit sketchy but I think that's to do with cheap throttle cable being stretched.

Epic build as usual. I don't know much about gearbox,but a quick question . Can the e153 mr2 gearbox be mated with a 4efte with a few modz to make it work ?

So I've tried everything replacing seals etc...seems like will be stripping the motor soon to see what the hell is going on eyh

The car was driven with the oil cooler and I had 1 bar or pressure .I've taken out the cooler now .tomorrow I will hopefully fit the sandwhich plate and re connect my gauges to see the reading on them. If any air is being sucked into the block will it effect the idling of the car ? What is the stock oil switch of glanza at ? 1 bar or lower ?

I was running shell 10w40. And that's when all the problems started .so I assumed I more thicker oil would help.and thing is when I drained the oil , why when I refilled it with oil the oil light did not go off neither did the oil pressure going up. But again when I poured oil through the oil filter housing,everything came right. I just need to get a seal for oil sandwhich plate so I can reconnect my oil pressure gauge to see what's the reading .and if it will be safe to drive.

What weight of oil is used for running in the motor in uk ?and what was your oil pressure reading after you started it ? 205% seal on block .1st thing i made sure when getting the pumps.

Ok so here goes a long story. I have a glanza 4efte.forged. Freshly built and driven for about 350km so far.2 months ago while driving oil light came on the gauge .pressure dropped and car switched off.i checked the engine bay and noticed the timing belt had come off. Took it to a garage and had it checked and seen the oil pump had siezed.i bought another genuine pump and fitted .now I wasn't there when it was started up but they say they started up the car and was fine into 2mins of idling and loud noises they switched off .checked up and seen the new pump had siezed again .puzzled they gav
