Looking at the intake and intercooler temp, have you considered (unless you've already done it) water spray on the intercooler and what if any difference it makes. Got a couple of mates whose evos and a spec c came with spray from standard

You should really get the map on the emb adjusted to the newly built engine if it was mapped on the previous engine So beat running it in on standard ecu then get the remap when its ran in
