Thats wierd. Its proberly shorting out if u dont turn the wheel to thr right. Check the wiring coming from power. I recon its shorting out if u dont turn it to the right. Do u know what i mean

Get a volt meter and see if your getting a voltage first. If you are you know its an earthing problem. I.e. Means the horn button isnt earthing the voltage for it to work when your pressing it. Work on from there bud

Can you let me know how it goes. I e got the same problem and a fucked up wiring job. Previous owner put the fcd in the engine bay and one of the wires was shorting out on my inlet manifold. Taped it up now but i still get flat spots when i give full throttle between 1-3k rpm

i suggest you go for a bosch 044 pump. heard alot of good things about them.

yh loads on ebay. if u want it to be cheap just put marks on the assembly before you pull it apart. and assemble it like that. it wont be 100% balanced but i know of many who have done and theyre turbos have lasted over a year. but i do not recommend it.

I put tigerseal on the seal and put my lights back on. Its worked for me on oneside. But im still getting little water on the other. Is there anywhere we can get the seals for the lights. Also does anyone know if toyota supplies thema nd how much?

On my car when i unplug it. It drops to about 600 - 500 rpm. And when i plug it back it goes up to 750. And idles shit. I need to calibrate my tps. Im not sure why i have shit idle. Also when i put my head lights on the idle goes up to about 900rpm and idles nicely. Anyone had this problem. Sorry for stealing thread

By the way you can go for a hybrid td04. You should see 300 just about. Should spool earlier. Also theres other ways of making you spool earlier. Heat wrap your manifold. Ceramic coat it. Also get a turbo jacket. The heat in the flow gives the gas extra kinetic energy and moves it faster giving better spool up. Another turbo to get will be a k04 turbo. Just have a look around.

What flange is your manifold? Im guessing you dont want to change your manifold with the turbo. Also im thinking your engine is forged so isit a 4e or a 5e?
