Well i decided my braided lines were a bit done for.. so i decided to renew them... and i also decided to paint the bits on the glanza... minor but hope you like. Oldie on the top... I intend to do a full on detail of the engine bay... just need to get a good day also few folk might notice the pipe bent at the bottom of the pic thats because its getting painted too lol

Thats something ive never heard of? thicker rods? do you not mean the pistons are different size's like 74mm and something. never in my life heard of rods being different.

The mr2 engine & the gt4 185 engine are the same engine. the st205's engine is different. mr2 engine in has been done before. but your not going to find any larger engine a "straight fit" the chassis is designed for the 1.3 not a 2.0. your going to have to cut and weld to strengthn the body to hold such a big thing. Not many others do it because its just too costly unless you know WTF your doing and you can pretty much get a mate or your self to do all fab work/mechanical work/electrical work alot more goes into these things than just the engine and box. you need to mock up the bay messure the space you have find perfect mount spots for the engine fire the engine in, sort fueling, cooling... cut into the loom get the management running & mapped propperly. for a bigger engine im sure theres more problems. for this stuff you need BIG pockets or know wtf your doing

If your willing to pay premiums... V is good. Insurance will always be a pain... Starlet gt's are cheap to buy & cheap to insure.. nice cars.. light and cheeky to potter about in. Glanza's are tubby more modern look to them, updated interiors, extra fin on the turbo. pretty much the same car.. its more preference and money.. that deter owner ships
