how to install a mechanical boost gauge
JamesD89 replied to sosolid's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Lol Just finished fitting one not too difficult drill a hole in the bulkhead unless you can utilize one that's already there run the vacuum pipe through and into the pipe that runs off the inlet to the bov with the wiring there are diagrams on here somewhere if u search i run the live through the ignition as i couldn't get a strong enough feed from the sidelights to power the light in the gauge doesn't look quite as good as phil's though love the cardboard effect. -
Cracking pic Nice backdrop with the graff reflecting on the car this gotta be in there good job mate.
-
-1 is nothing really mate and it's only the front wheels get them setup somewhere tidy they will tell you how much camber you need mine was all over the road before i had it done.
-
Depends what your local roads are like as above have it cambered and tracked i have got them set 10 from hard front and back as soft was bouncing my foot off the accelerator take it somewhere quite bumpy and drive and adjust to what feels best for you.
