  1. lmfao!! ohh my god!!, I actually laughed at a laptop monitor...I need to get out
  2. looks good - couldn't have chosen a worse picture for the featured picture though, could've at least taken one my pretty ones (still appreciated though)! I officially have a 2nd a-hole for the garden hose from all the forums (which is gay - what do people think the hose Cusco, GReddy etc give is?!)
  3. Phil is drunk on Metal - Advan's or feel the brunt of my....well....nothing, but yeah, ADVAN'S!!!!
  4. can you believe the nerve on that traitor?!?! Only comes to us when he needs help on things like that, otherwise he's completely abandoned us...pshhhh, swine
  5. Right - first off, shuttup to the n00bs, I can't have the airfilter going round the Radiator, cause in the Paseo/Cynos, there's just no space for it! Anyway, the only way I can have a filter on there now is either to go above and where the Powersteering Reservoir used to be, or down below by the fender well. Issue though - I bought up all the parts to get it down by the fender well, using a 38-51mm Reducer elbow from the turbo...but it didn't fit. Like, at all. Well, ok, I lie, it did....but without the oil filter. But I don't know how - will car be t3h alright with no oil filter?? Kthxbai x But yeah - after bleeding a lot from the stupid heat wrap ties, I just gave up on it. What would be the best bet short of relocating the oil filter? Would a 40mm elbow squeeze past and under the oil filter or not? It would look retarded using a 40mm elbow - 40-51mm reducer and 51-63mm reducer, but it seems the way. OR how about the initial idea of by the engine mount, what pipe angles would be needed?
  6. looks more like a DC5 Integra grille stuck in hot water (i.e. Shrunk...I think that was the point I was trying to make )
  7. TD04
  8. my bad
  9. not true - I'm sure your Blow-off Valve goes off in the Automatic too...
  10. Nice colour for the car, though some details need to be desparately changed... by the way - kinda giggled at your Brother's name (no offense!) just cause in Arabic it means "Okay".....mkay, I'll shuttup now
  11. Sam - the dent is new, I have NO idea how I got it...at all (though from some angles, seems like someones punched it). Which is very strange. Do know how I got the dent above my driver's side door handle though....some people don't find it funny when I pretend to drive into them it seems...snobby Oxford types eh? hahaha, someones tried making my car into Origami, the dodgy Japanese bugger! Jeebusth man, you've not seen anything if you think the manifold is bodge!! Bah, still need to email back to your ubes email....like 2 months late, nevermind! And will do honies - need to gather the monies first and see what I'm doing by the way - Lydden Track day, you have no choice, you're going

  13. I hate watching stuff like that, really scares the living Bejesus out of me...I hate you Gaz, I really do I only watched till 3 mins, and there's no way in hell I'm going to watch the rest now...that Ghost kid from "The Grudge"...he pwnt my manliness, he scares me so much ;). It's why I hate watching "Most Haunted"...I've actually stopped myself from ever watching it...ever
  14. it was complete luck dude, he was getting annoyed as he didn't want the sun to be low and we just couldn't find anywhere so I just decided to stop there and then and do it!
  15. he editted it out - somehow my flatmate didn't think the world was ready to see my Pink Bikini And almost....last weekend I trailed behind 3 Gritting trucks in a row on the M25...mmmm, rocky salt everywhere, yums And Gaz, I know man, it's the thing that just popped out when doing the HDR pictures - I LOVE the white halo around the car, separating the car from the sky, and then how the sky just suddenly gets darker. Hopefully we'll do more "high sun" pictures tomorrow, see what can be achieved there, but I love dusk photos, the Sun just adds so much colour at that point
  16. thanks chap ;) cleaner it would look better, but it's pointless on freshly gritted roads...and the dirts not doing any harm anyway ;) Hopefully my new wheels will fix the biggest aesthetic issue of the car...i.e. a much needed wider track
  17. Well seeing as my Flatmate has a Digital SLR Camera and is trying to learn more tricks of the trade, we decided to go out to find a suitable location for him to try out some HDR (High Dynamic Range) shots...unfortunately I wasn't able to find the absolutely amazing road I wanted to get shots on (It's around Wootton somewhere...I know it is...), so we just chose on this little hill near Wootton (Just off Banbury Road, near Kidlington), and well, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... Yes, yes, the dirt spoils it - tomorrow we're going to try out more locations, maybe with a washed car ;), though I doubt it, I'm dirty, so my car must be as well
  18. thanks chap, got Keith to blame for those parts (and my poverty ;)) hehe. Anyway, after 7 or so hours of turmoiling on Sunday, I got the manifold ON! So far I have this picture of it only, but yeah, you get the idea: I know what you're thinking "OMFG N00b, I change manifold quicker than it took me to think this thought up and wonder why I'm talking to myself", but ugh...took me long enough to find the space to remove the manifold and turbo bolts, but the issue came with refitting. Unfortunately the intercooler pipe I have coming off the turbo fouled the manifold ever so slighlty (especially as both are heat wrapped), but no, the issue was in doing the bolts up again. Since I'm a scummy student, I can only afford so many tools....and when you have metric bolts and only an imperial spanner big enough, well...every single manifold/turbo nut is rounded to hell. That and the manifold slightly knocked the alignment out so the Blitz decat is no longer braced. Oh, and I think I cross-threaded the stud on the manifold...and I think the others aren't tight enough so there's an exhaust leak, but meh, I can't be bothered to fix it! When I get enough monies to get my Snap-on tools.... Oh, also as seen in the "HDR Cynos" Thread, had some snazzy picture taken by my flatmate Scott, and yes, the dirt may be seen as "ruining" the pictures, but stfu, you know nothing , but yeah, here's said pictures, hopefully will find a better location tomorrow:
