Here's a few bits I need rid of as I've just converted to TD04 Japspeed decat for CT9 In good condition with 2 O2 sensor ports, has had a weld repair at the top flange previously. Was on my car when I bought it, worked perfectly £30 inc P+P to U.K. Mainland CT9 Turbo Was supplied with my car as a replacement for the smokey one already on the car. Minimal shaft play and all feels good £45 inc P+P to U.K. Mainland Adjustable actuator for CT9 In good condition, was running perfectly on my 82, set up for 1bar of boost SOLD! Stainless steel tubular CT9 manifold This came with the car when I bought it along with lots of other spares. It's in good condition and I can't see any cracks or damage. I can't see any markings on it to identify who it's made by, feels well built, pretty heavy. £45 inc P+P to U.K. Mainland

It's getting there mate , as soon as it has a clean I'll take some and pop them up

Hi all, I bought the car cheap as it needed a lot of TLC. Was running a smokey CT9 at 1bar. The plan was to put a TD04 on as cheaply as possible to see if I catch the bug and if I do replace the manifold with a WEPR item later. Here's a few pics of the progress

They have an O-ring seal under the valve. If you take the circlip out and pop the valve off there will be a groove/channel in the flange for the O-ring to sit. There should be no play, the valve should be nice and firm. by the way if it goes together easily it's more than likely not in right. They are a pig to get together lol!

Yes mate the turbo outlet is 48mm so it would be a 48mm ID hose/joiner. Then a step up to the hot side of the IC

The compressor outlet is 48mm if that helps??? Just completed my conversion

Well that would be a huge result! May well have to pull the sump and see what hides beneath. Was only running a CT9, blitz induction, HKS fcd and a fmic when I bought it. But you never know ;)

Hi all, Bit of a random one, just finishing up the TD04 conversion on my 82 and as I haven't had the car long I thought I'd better pop the cambelt cover off to have a quick look at the belt. The belt is blue and has a glossy finish on the outer face, looks in good condition. Can't see any writing or markings left. Am I right in thinking this is a Greddy belt??? I know the HKS ones are pink...... Any light shed on this would be good

Go to Halfords and get a trickle charger, when it's left for a week or more at a time plug it in to keep it topped up. Trickle chargers have a little harness that you can permanently wire on to the battery so it's just a quick plug in affair, better than messing around with crocodile clips lol That's what I've always done

When it's gets cold it's not uncommon for an old battery to die overnight. As said, chuck a set of jump leads on, if it's starts then bingo that's your problem

Tiger seal would be a good option if you want to mould your own, super sticky and firm enough! I've done it on a set of cab mounts before, still holding up perfect and that was over a year ago
