Its hard because its only under load plus the video won't pick it up because of my exhaust but it almost sounds like the cams are just slapping about

When im driving normally its absolutely fine but when I put my foot down it knocks its bollocks off I thought it was linking but adjusting timing doesn't seem to help it atall and then I thought oh fuck, big ends but its been doing it for like 7 months now and surely the big ends would have jogged on by now :/ anyone shed some light or having this problem ?? Possible knock sensor if these have them ??

Seew I've read that 70 degrees to 80 degrees is optimal for the n/a so most of the oil coolers would be good with a thermostat because they open at 80
