So as I said, hopefully next update is about paint, and it is!! Car's going in this Friday (22nd) and it's coming out 2 weeks after that, get ready for some good spam of photos 😍 I'm super hyped! -
I'm from France mate, would have to get one shipped, more hassle more wait etc xD
-
My idle is already weird idk why, it starts at 900 in the morning than raises to 1100 when warm... idk why it's doing this...
-
Or I could just bypass the throttle water feed and put it on the turbo instead, that was my original idea
-
So, having the oil feed and return figured out, I started to think of ways of doing the watercooling on the CT9, yes I know I could do without it but why not? I don't have CT9's in every corner where I am! xD Since the 4E-FE doesn't share the same thermostat housing as the FTE, I thought about looping the Throttle body water lines to the CT9, would this work? What exactly does the throttle body water do? Could it do without? Cheers

Your build is awesome mate, really biting me to go turbo before paint now ahah are you using the fte thermo housing to cool your turbo? Cheers -
Let's see the UKSO PC master race! Here's mine, been strong for 2 years!
-
Thing is I have no power tools and I'm afraid the bolts will be a bit** to undo...
-
I have two options, exedy OEM or Exedy Fast road kit from Id-workz, who used any of these? Any feedback? Going turbo soon so want something that takes around 130/140 bhp.. PS: I don't want to put an fte flywheel, I'd have to get it shipped to France and I'm doing it myself, don't want to get stuck for 4 hours on the flywheel bolts outside with this cold 😂 no power tools so not an option for now XD

I use a trick that involves an allen key, put the "L" in the spark plug hole and above the seal, give it a tap with a hammer and off they come -
Any updates on this? Was looking for this thread for a while ahah

So, not painted yet sadly, but car is insured and driving! No bad things atm! Also, since I removed the ITB's, I had to get something that sounded nice too... Idk what's the power but this thing kinda flies through the corners I threw at it... I highly recommend the Potenza RE002's, this stuff is glue! Will have to see what it's like with the turbo to get the power difference I also went to Paris with the car ahah Hopefully next post will be at the painters.. -
Well, ITB's are now gone!
