    i was in whitby for a few days and last night i saw black quadlight gt, m reg and i think it had a live sports kit. plenty of stickers down the back window.

    Well this will be the last update in here from me. A nice guy called paulius came and collected it yesterday and delivered it to the new owner late last night.

    Im starting to clear out all the bits and pieces ive got in my garage. Item For Sale: genuine jdm recaro seat rail for ep85, Item Condition & Description: used but like new. I imported this through the bid jdm site (never again) and it cost me a bomb i think it was over £220 all in. the rail is like new and sits nice and low in the car, it slides back and forward with a nice handle. ive never seen another one of these. i had the evo 4 seat like the dc2 ones fitted to this not sure if the seat rails on the ep95 are the same or not Price: £125 delivered Pictures:

    only just seen these replys. Yeah this is the sports selection mate so it got the sunroof, the door speaker pods and the read pods on the shelf, top spec! lol. When this sells i will be able to crack on with my kp starlet. ive had the car over 4 years now i think so its time to move it on. looks like it will be staying on the forum anyway.

    I've got wms on my ep85 which I will be selling bits off. I got the heavy duty kit at the time. I had them off recently to give them a clean up and the pads are nearly half worn I would say. They will be up sale.

    i think so he was trying to organise a day with another guy wanting his done. he also has a motec dash he needs fitted. So could be a bit of work in it. im going backwards had enough of efi and going to stick with carbs lol.

    I havnt no. My mates got a gt4 with the wrc block in it. Hes wanting dave to map it again. He was on about going half's hiring out a tuning place for the day with a dyno. God knows how much that day would cost lol.

    Winding them out a little and spraying some wd40 behind the seals is worth a go too before winding them in.

    heres some pics from today this side i removed the rub strip to fit the gt door trim but i never got round to finishing it. i might get it sorted shortly if i get chance

    i agree, ive seen quite a few starlets do this on the old original head gaskets. under normal driving they run fine but kick there heads in a bit and they blow coolant out into the expansion tank. At the drag racing i have a big syringe used for horse injections and its the perfect size for the expansion bottle. i used to go round putting the coolant back in the radiators for my mates lol. as for plug gaps i did mine to .64 or .6 i cant remember now.

    Halfords sell a rewind tool. Isn't there a socket that fits the rear Caliper pistons on these?

    before you go buying new parts just give the plugs a brush with a soft wire brush and check the gap on them. unless there obviously well past ready for changing.
