  1. you have deleted me off the list markoos
  2. you cant change the ratios in the box unless you match the final drive up with the rear diff, as far as im aware there isnt any other rear diffs available or ones that fit. the gt internals do fit in as gaz did it with his but then took them out. i think john or ted in ireland changed the ep85 1st gear for the gt 1st gear though.
  3. i hope you got some gaskets for that external wastegate. did the toyo sports crack?
  4. im off work so hopefully i will make this, i was gutted i missed the last one. not sure if i will be in a starlet or if i will still have the teg but it will be some jap machinery!! uk Starlet club: 1)Markoos 2)Cheshireglanza 3)Ro55ifumi 4)Starlet786 5)Lew777 6)redz11 7)miib14 lukep 9)Kennedy 10)Dean @RW-Developments 11)lukerobz 12}daz gt turbz 13) Tyron Devine 14) Bluebear 15) Craig_N 16) Birdmandan 17) BearfaceofDoom 1 Craigant 19) TMJ 20) Llawgoch 21) Steve GT 22) Bean/pc18 JDM NW 1)markoos 2)cheshireglanza 3)Zac (Cazzac2222) 4)Craig_N 5)miib14 6) drew 007..... defo this time 7)ChrisStarletGT Bamber 350z owners club: 1)Markoos 2)Husky 3)M13KYF 4)Jenni86 5)Clarkie34 6)JetSet Toyota Owners Club: 1)Miib14 2) Norfolk n Chance 3) Hou 4) blutto 5) Bamber 6.illgryphon corollaclubuk 1) miib14 2) illgryphon Almera Owners Club: 1) Miib14 2) mov_mera 3) white_biscuit 4) Wolverine 5) Ishy 6) Ilyas 7) BlueII mavrick8960 MCR-VTEC: 1) Miib14 2) Kel 3) reaudioxxx 4) sammyb 5) RICKST20 6) BIG D-H22 Civiclife 1) Mov 2) Willisek4 3)Smigzy street-cruise 1) miib14 2) drew007 3) gazgti ek9.org 1) mov scoobynet 1) miib14 itr-dc2 1) mov clubae111 1) miib14 gtiroc 1) mov
  5. yeah or a paper clip or something.
  6. all single scroll subaru turbos have the 3 bolt type flange. its just the twin scroll ones which are different - as far as i know.
  7. i think i paid around that for mine, they seem to be coming up quite regular now. haha yeah thats what im hoping for, it should go quite well. ive got a few more things planned for it which should help push it along too
  8. when i get my arse in gear and finish it off, its almost there now really ive just been taking my time with everything and doing little bits at a time. then the starlet got kicked out the garage so its outside now and all the snow and everything held me back, im looking for a garage to store it in somewhere. i cant remember if i bought the 35 off ebay or scoobynet, it seemed in good condition but i sent it off to turbo dynamics for a rebuild so its like new.
  9. make get some rubber boots inbetween the fuel reg and where its bolted too carl maybe that will help some of the sound.
  10. yep the vf28 is a bit of a beast on your setup! i have a vf35 on my 5e but im yet to fire it up but it should be a good setup and make some decent power, thats what im hoping for anyway.
  11. i ran mine at .5 before i got my td04 mapped and it was nothing special. my mates stock r5 turbo kept up with it.
  12. dont forget your arp's!
  13. theres no rush daz, it wont be going on the road when theres still salt down anyway. got plenty in the pipe line, new ecu, new inlet
  14. not updated this for a while now but heres a little update. ive been busy sorting an air inlet pipe up today. had to cut the wepr one i had up and cut bits out then get it welded. excuse the fooked bumper
  15. is prob the flanges not been flat mate, get a straight edge on them, they prob need skimmed.
  16. has everyone missed the first thing to do??? check the ecu for fault codes!!! its a piece of piss mate then that might send you in the right direction. theres a thread and its got all the codes. if you were closer mate you could bring it round. dont break it you bummer!
  17. nice one mate, those dodgey fitted eg fogs need binned though. if there fitted properly they look really good but those look squashed in. i had a minter of a crx vt a few years ago. it only had 27k miles on it when i bought it. the teg handles better though.
  18. you will be better off sticking with your wepr one mate. the toyo stuff is cheap rubbish. i seen a ct9 one cracked all over the place the other week and the flange on it that bolts to the head was like a bannana! have you had a straight edge on the flanges on it idrees, are they flat?
  19. I miss all the fun when im at work! :-( Claire said she never felt it.
  20. 4x4 mpg isnt as good as the fwd starlets, due to the extra transmission components slightly extra weight, and the fact that you are always sitting higher in the rev range in them.
  21. cam skills prices cant normally be beaten! If they dont stock what your after giv em a ring. Cheap for tires too
  22. what mike is getting at is that the old flange will have been balanced has a whole unit with the new coupling and the one you fitted will have been balanced as a whole unit to the old coupling. maybe its fine now as its only got a small amount of power going though it so no real strain but if you plan on putting some power though it i would want to get it checked.
  23. camskill mate or just any motor factors like tms part co. the na one is the same so anywhere will do them.
  24. non turbo starlet = fail
