ive worked my shift rota for over 5 years now i always do 2 or 3 afternoon shifts 1:30- 9:30 then a 2 or 3 morning shifts 6:30-1:30 then 2 or 3 night shifts 9:30-6:30am i do get pretty tired but you sort of get used to it. every week i will do double backs too either a morning and a night shift in the same day or an afternoon shift onto a morning shift. also do 12 hour nights on saturdays and the odd 12 hour day shift. the shifts are a bit nuts but i get ten days off every month which is cool. i dont bother with any energy drinks as i think they all taste like shit and there rammed with cra

my mate bought a engine off some breakers place recently (i cant remember who now) when he got it i had a quick check over, crank seal was leaking quite badly. then when the both manifolds were removed the ports were covered in gunk and crap he was told when all engine are removed they are completely checked over ect. the guy took it back luckily. if it was me i would only buy and engine off someone who was a long standing member or i knew the car it came out of or went for a drive in the car while it was still in it. i bought a 106 gti engine a few years ago that was described as mint a

na no head work dude. if i decide i want to go a bit mental with it i can wip the head off and give it to my mate that port and polishes heads no problem. i think 300+ bhp and ep85 gearing is going to make for a pretty quick starlet though!

i took mine for its first drive on the road just before, just taking it easy but i couldnt stop it coming on boost!! seemed a nicer drive on the 5e with more grunt off boost. just dropping the oil now

well i ordered some rear spats off kieran.s gt a few dasy ago and they have arrived already for ireland! wrapped up extremly well then in a huge box! there just as he said they are. cheers dude excelent!!

gearbox off, cluch flywheel off, sump off, remove old crank seal, scrape off all the old gasket sealant and clean, then replace and re fit everything. bit of a job!!

Yeah he did he put a post up sayin he bought it then went in every section of the forum letting us all know about his 'trd' starlet lol. I think he may have put a link up to a pic of it. I just cant see how that was apparently a successful sprint car, its not far off standard! -
Coolant housing is different as the na doesnt have the water lines for the turbo. I think the na doesnt have a knock sensor on the back of the block?

check valve for the brake servo. im pretty sure it stores vacuum in the pipe for the servo so its needed lol

ive never been to teg sport but ive heard some of there prices and i wasnt impressed at all! also ive spoken to a few people with fwd cars making good power (400bhp+) and they dont seem to get the cars strapped down right to get the power through the rollers (not that this would be a problem for mine) which doesnt give me much confidence. jdm isnt far from me and John is spot on, ive always enjoyed having a good crack with him and he is always happy to spend ages explaining things to me lol. plus he mapped mini valvers gt (carl) and it is an absolute rocket! it a beast and its certainly been

Atm its got an emanage ultimate with an old map for a td04 setup. The car is runnin but its still got no mot or tax. I've been really busy and I've got a few little bits to sort yet, a small oil leak from turbo feed and a new support bracket for the bonnet. Its getting there. Im in no rush as im waiting for the first 4wd dyno in cumbria to be built lol. When it goes for mapping i should be gettin a dta s60 standalone.

can the air con pipes where they come through the bulk head be removed without taking the dash out?
