Right so I have decided on bride seats for the Gi comfy and practical now I want matching seat belts to as I'm fairly picky n hate the ones that are in there. And I found some simple nice bride seat belts are they legit? Do bride make harnesses?

Dose any one know where to get the clips for the plastic lower door trim please as mine are ageing and no good anymore. Thanks

Does anyone know we're to get a decent oils filter sandwich plate for a 4e-fe as I bought one ages ago to run my oil temp and pressure gauges and soon test fitting my sensors they screwed in about 3-5 turns find the when I went to nip them up it stripped the threads it was a cheap £16 eBay job so now I'm very reluctant to use one. That's not an AN fitting it's a seal with two 10mm bolts either side like Ollieh17 said you will need an after market reg to suit I'm sure if you contact the likes of id workz or TD they can sort you out will all that you need

Why don't you stick some aggressive cams in it. Port n gas flow the head re seat the valves harder valve springs. Thinner head gasket then map it? Maybe see if you can over size the valves? N/a screamer time Lovely car though man.
