  1. can anybody help with naming as many optional extras on the glanza as possible? Pictures aswell if possible. Need to know as many as people can remember. If it's in the wrong section please feel free to move it mods. Thanks Gary
  2. can anyone give me a part number for the rear mount for a LSD box on a ep91, Or a chassis/frame number of a glanza that has one from the factory. Thanks Gary
  3. I have a rrfpr on my n/a I also have a corolla inlet manifold. I was running glanza injectors for a while but there is no way to control fuelling on a standard ecu. I'm sure corolla injectors will be bigger than the starlet so probably having the same problem as me. A rrfpr can't control the fuelling just the pressure. Hope this helps Gary
  4. When changing the thermostat there is a small wobbly ball/valve on the outside ring. That is ment to be placed in so the valve is at the top of the thermostat housing if you get me. It's called the jiggle valve and it's for bleeding out airlocks. When the fluid comes up to the valve it pushes all the air out and closes it Hope this makes sense Gary
  5. Yes mate, Take the two screws out then the bottom is just poped in with clips. The stereo is onle 4 bolts after that it's out Gary
  6. Welcome Good luck finding a starlet, plenty help on here Gary
  7. It will be starlet tim from here, he will be at college just now, Gary
  8. Welcome mate, You won't be dissapointed by these little machines. Gary
  9. Looking good mate, I love this glanza it has all the right touches. Really like the way you have went about setting it all up etc, Can't wait to fit my bc's now, they seem to be pretty good. Gary
  10. Good luck mate, It's weird having that freedom for the first time. You don't know where to drive to first lol, I just sat there for ages deciding. Good feeling when you pass thou Gary
  11. Has to be pic 1 for my vote, All good pics thou, Gary
  12. Just picked up a black Ice from tesco as a replacement for my current black ice when it runs out Gary
  13. Oh right, thought that would have fixed it. Mightbe the turbo itself, if you have changed the fmic and new actuator that rules them out, I also found burst vacuum hoses on the turbo pressure sensor side, they were also replaced but that only sorted a dodgy idling problem. Might need another good looking at, it's a weird problem. Gary
  14. The actuator on Stuarts glanza is knackered, The spring is weak and doesn't hold boost. Pretty sure that's all it needs mate, Tried to pm you about the radiator but your inbox was full, Did you get the oil cooler pipes sorted ok? Gary
  15. yes, brakes and handling first. The standard glanza brakes ain't that bad but starting with a brake master cylinder stopper, updated pads, then more depending on how much power you are wanting. Suspension mods could be started with a rear anti toll bar, then coilovers are probably the best route, if not just uprated shocks and springs but never buy suspension 2nd hand that's a mistake I made. Hope this helps Gary
  16. Aryt man, If that is the problem my stepdad has his own company which specializes In automotive radiators intercooler and oil cooler repair and supply, He does pressure testing in house, can repair leaks, and is cheap, He is just outside Dundee which isn't that far from you I don't think, I could get you a contact number if you are interested bud? Gary
  17. Ok cool cheers Gary
  18. Was that price including the car Geo? Gary
  19. Looks good, That's another colour that seems to go well with White lol, So when is the 4EFTE going in lol that should be the next mod, would finish it off nicely. Gary
  20. yes it sticks out a little, but that is as far back as it can go. It's tight against the floor where it raises up for the rear seats. Gary
  21. Cheers again, I am very happy with the way it looks, with the ideas I have it should look better when I'm finished. @ driver, it's not a fire extinguisher it's flat mate for repairing punctures haha. @ bucket, I'm not sure on a colour change as the green works so well with the carbon, plus i got it machine polished and it came up really well More updates when I start the strip down Gary
  22. Cheers, I'm still not 100% about jae yet, just got my college dates through and it's not looking good. Gary
  23. Thanks man, Its a cusco safety 21 cage, im not sure on the make of the seat, it doesnt say, the runners say 'carbing' thou. The D2's are far to harsh, that is what wrecked my rotas, i spoke to Geo and he said they were knackered and shouldn't be as hard as mines were, so treated myslef to a set of BC's Gary
  24. welcome mate, Nice starlet youve got yourself Gary
