Havent changed a mani before I know you have to take the turbo off the mani etc so is it as easy as it sounds by swapping it with the new one? Oh yeah gettin new nuts and sealant and yeah going to my mates to do it in his double garage. Thanks for the reply mate. Joe

Just a quick question as I'm thinking of fitting a new manifold tonight as my standard one has a crack on the 3rd runner. Do i need to remove the turbo as a few people have said i will need to. But a few people have said I wont need to remover it, could someone clear this up for me please as I dont think i'll bother doing it tonight if i have to remove the turbo aswell. Sorry if this may be in the wrong section Help much appreciated Joe

Looks quite similar to the nur spec, Alexgtadv has this on his. Sounds really deep and aggressive quite loud too.

Think my exhaust might sound quite a bit like yours mate! Also when I'm only doing about 1.5-2k revs in 2nd gear when the revs go down and it burbles away sometimes when I ever so gently open the throttle plate I get a massive 'PAP'!!!!! sounds phat and scares the shit outta the kids and old people ;) Anyone else experience this???? Cheers boys, and to be honest shes now better than her former glory (the old bumper was scratched to fuck!) However today I have noticed an inch crack in the 3rd runner on the exhaust manifold (not surprising) and as an effect i'm starting to lose boost! Not too bothered as i'm getting Alexgtadv's old mani when he fits his new one so props to him. Merry xmas once again. Joe

Update. Had to do a race against time this evening to get my glanza back!!! Didnt get out tunbridge wells hospital until 4.10pm got the phone call and had to be in Gravesend by 5pm!! By this time I had 45 mins to get there! I DID IT, got there at 4.58pm! If I didn't make it, I wouldnt get it back til 2009! Going out later to meet JAG from work and having another duo shoot so photos will be up tomorrow. Thanks for looking. Joe.

Just a quick update. Some good news: Bodywork is all fixed (front wing, front bumper, wheel housing and wheel alignment)! Just waiting on a headlight and then its all good to go and i can take this shitty yaris back. Knowing my luck they'll have bodged an n/a bumper on the front, budget style Pics V soon Joe

The blue GT is Rob's. He bought it on the cheap because the engine and bodywork was all fucked. He changed the engine and all is running sweet, except he hasn't quite finished off the respray yet. Some really nice pics JAG, where is the industrial bit, i don't recognise it. Joe
