yeah its a huge job for a novice like me, thank you though really 👍

i have stripped the manifold and bits today, i still need to remove, injector rail, inlet mani, cams/cam belt, water pump and the rest. Im ok at little stuff but im over whelmed by this job its hard to get guidance by just the forum but there are very little people neer me with eps. Cheers for your response though i will try my best but i will probs have to get it towed to a garage as i need my car back asap.

My head gasket has gone and my friend was due to come tonight to help me remove my head but his wheel fell off on the way to mine and his car has taken some damage so he is busy for a while now trying to sort his own car out, i have no clue on how to do it and dont really want to attempt it by my self with a guide as i will end up breaking something. Is anyone willing to help me to remove my head so i can send if off for rebuild and skim and then help me put it all back together. I know its a huge ask but i am willing to pay you some cash and also get us takeaway too! If not i will have to

Best way i have found and is super easy is to put them all onto imgur, then once the image has been uploaded click on the photo share links will be to the right copy the BBcode Very easy and can do multiple at once! Item For Sale: TF035 turbo kit Jperformance manifold Jperformance Decat TF035HM turbo HKS adjustable actuator Item Condition & Description: Used but very good condition, Slight bit of shaft play in the turbo but with oil pressure going though it, it will have very little play if any. tiny tiny amount of oil behind the rear exhaust wheel that is visible but when intercooler pipes were removed no oil was lining the pipes and it was very very clean. Heat gun usually works need to get it really hot though! Even better!

Its mega easy mate, get your self some circlip pliers, get the circlip off, then you will need to file/dremel down a small metal pin in the compressor housing you cant miss it, then you can rotate it freely, if your turbo has only just come off a subaru you will also need to remove the exhaust housing and rotate the centre cartridge to make sure the oil return is facing the floor. and put it all back together!

Will the OEM gasket cope with 1.1-1.2 bar of boost now and again when i turn the ECB up once she has been tuned? will normally run at 0.8-1 bar normal driving.

Update! So after a long wait and excitement my WEPR kit has been fitted, Was a great learning curve putting it on and also a bit of a ball ache at the same time! My friend who helped me fit it also does powder coating and he could not resist the temptation to powder coat my TD04 compressor housing while we was rotating it! Also managed to paint the block to tidy it up! So here are some pics i think it have come out really really well and im so chuffed over all with new kit and also that screamer pipe! videos coming shortly. I am willing to get the block skimmed if need be, would a 1.2 anthena gasket be better?

So over the last few weeks my car has started using a fair amount of coolant, im having to fill my overflow bottle up every 7 days or so with more coolant, The car is also smoking now with white smelly smoke from the exhaust, its deffo not oil as i just put a new TD04L on my car the other night as i had a new WEPR kit go on and the past turbo did the same so thats out of the question and of course the smoke is not a blue colour. will it more likely be the head gasket or could it be the valve stem seals also? Also what is the best gasket on the market im not too bothered about the pri

You should be fine for a while i run meshed all the time, but if your on gravel you should deffo get a bike filter like whitenoize mentioned just to be safe
