Just a quick one. Just made my first hyrbid turbo had CHRA machined and blades and shaft still need to be balanced also got a few things powder coated by my mate AJ. 20T 11 blade forged billet wheel.

Some little sneak peeks of what im up too at the moment. ;) building a few hybrids so keep an eye out for them as will be selling 1 or 2. first one im building is a 20T forged billet 11 blade hybrid that should pull between 300-340bhp at 1.4-1.5 bar

I dont notice any smoke while under acceleration only in standstill traffic. Once engine is warm the exhaust is still blowking smoke clouds like a cold start. but its not losing any coolant. so dont thinks its head gasket again

hmm strange thanks for commenting Yeah its decatted, the smoke has only started over the last few weeks and getting gradually worse. but yeah its a brown colour not black.

My V is currently smoking brown coloured smoke. I only notice it when sitting in traffic/idle but the clouds now are getting fairly thick. I have a TD04 rebuild kit to rebuild my turbo with going to pull the turbo off next week. If that does not resolve the issue what could be causing this? Topped the oil up 3 days ago to full and its burned about 1/10th of the tank ish already. Just for the record over the last 3k miles the valve stem seals have been replaced, valves reseated, carbon removed and head skimmed with new head gasket. Good condition general wear and tear. Driver rail is fixed and cannot be moved, you can adjust it however as you can move the bolt hole on the bottom. Would spool not be better with the billet and better compression in the lower rev range? I know they are a bit over kill like as they can run 300bhp.

Anyone running hybrid TD04's on stock setups with good results?? I have all supporting mods and getting mapped on emanage soon wanting best out put possible, Im going to rebuild my current TD04L my self using mamba billet wheel and compressor hosing just wondering what people have made. Wanting to see around 230BHP. Let me know your opinion Cheers josh

Carrying on! I got a little sick and tired of my stock glanza seats and they were very worn and not doing a whole lot when driving i would almost slide off them as all the padding has deteriorated.
