  1. believe theres 3 plugs goin into thermostat. re they all in the right place.
  2. buy my hybrid in the classified section. would run power you want with ease.
  3. adjust it so u have to pull the actuator arm a tiny amount to get it in the hole. then use a boost controller to up ya boost back up. hope that works.
  4. pics mate. is it inline still or out of sink due to rotating the compressor side.
  5. dunno if ct9s have a locating pin in? that miht need taking out but yeah circlip off and it prob will move round enough without taking apart.
  6. if you've undone the bit your pointing too then i think you've done it wrong. yes you may get clearance but you'll also move the oil return from pointing straight down. personally i'd undo the circlip on the back of the compressor and rotate that way. could be wrong though.
  7. i dunno idrees. heres the spec Cruise Valve Springs NST Crank Pully Fully race balanced Service cylinder head Replace all valve guides Service and replace (as necc) valves,lap and vacuum test. Surface grind head face 0.005â? Strip,prepare,wash and rebuild with new stem seals and springs 265 billet cams guessing its pretty modified. had a look at giggs dyno readout n the afr seems to be up n down. that normal for td04s at 1.2? i've only seen ct9s etc n there norm fairly smooth. cheers for info guys. just wanna be sure
  8. in nicks defence karas glanza is running 219.7 on emb at .8 mapped by him. i'm sure the extra .4 that giggs ran nick could find ya 16 brake. also the price of 180 vs 300 last time i spoke to ricky. in all honesty though i'm swaying to get in touch with ricky for mapping. not that td aren't good but to me gettin back to customers is a1 priority

  11. had a look n found some banjos that came with td04. are they any good or u need the kinda 2 thread jobby that one side threads into turbo. other side threads onto oil line.

  16. i thought you'd got fuel pump clutch etc prob go tongs hybrid if moneys tight. obv td04 would be awesome but better going for what ya can afford. seems silly buying td04 n not running it at 1.2 for a year or so.
  17. well... paid 400 for all the mani decat screamer etc 150 for ext w/g 40 for lines 50 for turbo so 650 say. all other supporting mods you'd have bought either way.
  18. td04 all the way. ran a hybrid at 1.1 and now have a td04 at .6. feels like theres alot more potential.

  20. i'm not saying its a bad thing. what i'm saying is it will be more restrictive as it covering the inlet. where as a filter isn't. surely thats right.

  23. mesh is less surface area for air suction. poo. mesh covers the inlet so how can that be better than running a filter on a silicone bend that goes around the inlet. as long as filters rated to desired brake. why not run no mesh for all the mesh lovers that will slate my view
