You wont regret buying it if its a good one. Superb cars to drive, handle really well also. Dont worry about mileage either, it will take whatever you throw at it. Look at the rear arche and sills on them though, prone to rusting in these areas.

Thats pretty damn cool Enzo. Oh and im based in Angus on the east coast. -
Convert the thing to obd1 and run Hondata. Nothing else comes close for a Honda. Or leave it as is, and run BRE (its free also) Runs turbo cars with no issues.

This is what i was meaning. I understanhd the shrowd idea, but obviously the way i puit it across the fist time, didnt make sense.
-
Engine and box can be removed as one, through the top or bottom, which ever you prefer.
-
But you still have the core partially blocked from the alloy shrowd. Im presuming you must be running the fan constant for the cooling to be effective, when driving? Im not doubting the fan against the core against being in the shrowd, more of the effect, you have partially blocked the airflow through the core when driving. Thats what i meant from side effects.

I like the idea of the cowling, but i think there will be side effects from it. There will only be air flow through the rad fan now, instead of the whole surface area of the rad. Possibly leading to cooling issues. Time will tell i supose, when it gets tested. Just an observation.

I would agree on the Honda engine being more reliable. So, yeah the lad is bright in that sense. :harhar:

I was reffering to the March Llandow day through TGTT. It was parked up in the car park there. I remember the wee white SR though, looked clean.
-
Was in my Black GT, and was with my twin in his turbo CRX, That one
-
Yes i was on track, but when i went for dinner, we noticed it sitting in the car park, then proceded to have a nosey around.
-
Yeah i was there. Had my fun and went home. Had a good snoop about the 205 when it was parked up. I do like it alot.
-
Is this the one that was sitting at the Llandow trackday? If it is, i like it alot.
-
Im liking the Fiesta engine bay, nicely done.

Not keen on the Hybrid part, looks like it is from the Prius or somwthing along them lines.. But the GT Turbo is swish looking.

The graph above will read shit, because the graph uses diffirent scales for hp and Torque. Hence why it doesnt cross at 5252.

Gary, Bear with me here, ive just figured it out! You will have to down load the latest free "winzip" software. This should open up once installed. Once that is done, open the above folder that you have already down loaded (The link Asad has provided) in Winzip. In win zip "right click" on the extract key at the top, this will then throw a window up asking where you want to put it ie: Documents etc etc. Press "ok". Once that is done, open the OMEX folder from where you have saved it above, and run the "setup.exe" icon. From here on in, it should work outno problem. Only thing is, i cant tes

Aye, but had the wideband also. Mines ECU and uprated pump only (at the time)
-
I gave mine a 1 bar at 60 miles, then gave it boost when it needed it. Up to 100 miles, i gave it boost here and there, after that i drove it as i normally would,. Back on the dyno at 600 miles. 20,000 miles later, and it still puls like a young een.
-
Give it boost when running it in. Will stop the bores from being glazed, and give a good seal.

On a nasp engine they will tune to around 12-13, but for a turbo car its normally around 11.5 or there abouts. Running rich would be anywhere below them figures. Stoich is for idle purposes only. Put the standard injectors in and if you can get a hold of a standard FPR then put that on until you have the engine broken in. Then you can put the uprated one back on and tune to that. Its not the injectors that make it run rich, its the standard mapping of the ecu fom Toyota, for reliability.
-
The standard setup runs slightly rich anyway, so should be fine. Was the FPR setup previously on a RR?
-
If you have the standard injectors, put them in and put the FPR to standard pressure. With the 330 injectors it will over fuel a tad, which you dont want on a fresh engine.

Certainly shifting.
