Seeing as the internal wastegate dumps into the downpipe i couldnt see this setup giving it a bit more grunt. If you want more noise let the external wastegate dump into the atmosphere through a screamer pipe

Seen a place on a local forum its in ireland tho not sure if they do wheels but it wouldnt hurt to e-mail and find out LINK

everyone i know always takes there cars to get washed the day of the test just to make sure. You hear horror storys about testers refusing to test cars that are dirty underneath. Mot is hard enough to get through so it saves you failing on somthing so stupid ;)

Quinns used to do this but they have stopped it and its now for 25's or over. TBH this is one of the reason's why young insurance is so dear. Young lads are insuring a 1.1 saxo and driving a Evo, Skyline etc and crashing and killing themselves. Heard and read about this alot happening over here and thats the reason quinns have stopped it

that is one of the Zisco lads car. I would say its running a full standalone ecu with launch control not a bee r Heres a link on TGTT about it CLICK

Ryan replied to StarletMad's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
You will need to take it to someone that will set up the RRFPR and FCD to make sure the afr's are right -

I have never used a bleed valve before mate but i assume that a vac hose comes off the turbo tee's into the bleed valve and runs to the bottom port of the wastegate then run an other vac hose from the other side of the bleed valve to the top port on the wastegate. As for turning the boost up is there not a knob at the top you turn to up the boost? Just turn it abit at a time take it for a run keep an eye on your boost gauge and take it from there
-
Yeah you can do this. Run a Vac hose from your turbo to the bottom port on your wastegate. Take it for a run and it will only boost to the spring pressure. If the spring pressure is to low go for the bleed valve to raise the boost above it

i have a zisco external wastegate mani and a external wastegate for sale mate in the for sale section
-
yeah mate you can use a boost controller to raise the boost above the spring pressure. You might be better of with a stronger spring tho the 7psi might be a bit weak to hold 1.2bar. I would get a 0.9 bar spring or a 1 bar spring for it

UK spec scrap! thats the way they are treated over here and they still sell for 10 grand or over. Seen some UK ones sell for near £14000 pure madness. They are starting to buy jap models now and turn them into uk spec because they are cheaper to buy and arent rusting away.
