Very small update nothing good yet, but might aswell. Finally started work on this, didn't get many pics as the fucking camera battery ran out! major parts stripped out still a bit left to strip something's missing here: me being an idiot.

It's a hard choice as the HDi copy has a far better piping route whereas the Autobahn/Blitz copy has a more reasonable size core.

I don't get why people are saying it's copying Chanelle, as Chanelle copied it from somewhere else didn't she? Either way, it looks good on Chanelle's car and it would look good on another. I'd agree with doing a different design though, especially if you want something that no one else has got. Personally I wouldn't waste my money on this shit. Chanelle spent around £800 or something like that. If you were to buying second hand parts you could get most of the basic breathing mods sorted and whack the boost up to 12psi. Or get some good coilovers and rear ARB and get the suspension set up properly. Or some big brakes.

I'd rather spend money on power/handling/braking.

Get your alternator/power steering belts changed or tightened. No it's an electric fan.

Internal wastegate = built into the turbo. External wastegate = seperate from the turbo, comes directly off the manifold and is much better at controlling boost than an internal wastegate, however they are usually more expensive.

190bhp will be easy with a TD12. What do you call "normal" style manifold? That one you posted will be fine for what you need. Along with a decat, intercooler, exhaust system, air filter, and a piggyback ECU. If you do all of the above you will be ready for bigger power in the future once you have forged internals, you will just need some bigger injectors etc... and a remap at higher boost.

Take one of your wheels off, measure the sizes to make sure it's right. Infact I might grab some of them for my sister's Starlet if they're the right size. You don't need anything else apart from locking wheel nuts which you already mentioned. The rest is easy, I assume you know how to change wheels? If not it's very simple, all you need is a 21mm socket (I THINK that's the right size, can't quite remember) and a jack. Both of which should come with the car anyway if the previous owners didn't take them out.
