  1. Take one of your wheels off, measure the sizes to make sure it's right. Infact I might grab some of them for my sister's Starlet if they're the right size. You don't need anything else apart from locking wheel nuts which you already mentioned. The rest is easy, I assume you know how to change wheels? If not it's very simple, all you need is a 21mm socket (I THINK that's the right size, can't quite remember) and a jack. Both of which should come with the car anyway if the previous owners didn't take them out.
  2. It's the same as any other Starlet, the Halfords monkey was just being a prick, you can use the standard wheelnuts.
  3. Fuck Halfords, you can put the alloys on straight away if you want, I read up on spigot rings a couple of weeks ago for my sisters car but didn't get any, hers has been fine without any but theoretically you SHOULD use them. You should be ok without them if you're desperate to get the wheels on.
  4. You should get one piece of each bodykit and spray them all up so you can mix & match. That way you wont get bored.
  5. Would it be easier to just buy a Glanza and spray it yellow this time around though seeing as you've already insured a GT and Glanza before. But how long would it last, because the last few cars you've had haven't hung around for very long.
  6. This tells me you had great confidence in that car. :D
  7. Just avoid high revs/brisk acceleration for 5-10 minutes. Or longer to be on the safe side. I like to let a car idle for atleast one minute before setting off, but that's just me.
  8. Don't worry about it so much, aslong as the turbo is setup and maintained properly there shouldn't be much reason to worry. If you think the standard turbos can last over 10 years with no problems a newly built turbo should be fine. The main cause of turbo trouble is lack of oil.
  9. Yeah, I looked out the window this morning and I was instantly 10 years old again.
  10. lol nobody buy anything and force them to reduce prices
  11. It's been snowing all morning here, still at it.
  12. Seeing as you're using the TD12, would it not be better to use some cams that are more suited to the TD12 rather than the ones that JAM use?
  13. Me either, comfort and class wont ever outweigh performance for me.

    Phones

Fucking piece of shit Samsung D500 because my old phone broke and I haven't bothered buying a good phone... all my money goes on my cars.
  15. Might want to replace the valve stem seals/water pump/etc... at that sort of mileage but it should be ok.
  16. Seeing as you wont be able to insure it for a while, buy a CHEAP one with minor problems and work on it, by the time you can insure it it will be sorted.
  17. I don't see how? They even have similar specs, the main difference being that the GTR is a production car and there are only 500 LFA's being made, as far as I know.
  18. You're telling me you've never seen the vid on youtube that was posted some time last year? Can't remember where it said it but I'm sure it's a normal EP85, only sending power to the back wheels.
  19. No it wont save you more petrol. The engine is already bulletproof, just keep it well maintained with regular servicing and oil changes and it will be fine. 4EFE engines can cope with pretty much any abuse you throw at them aslong as they are well maintained.
  20. Definately polish them. And I spy a wine bottle in the background there haha.
