hi guys i own an ep95 starlet and am considering getting a paseo for the 5e. so im thinking if its being rebuilt anyway why not go for a breaker, or even a runner but with faults/high mileage. just wondering if theres any value in the shell or is there any other parts people are after for their paseos? what could i make back from the rest of the car after ive taken the 5e for the starlet? cheers rich

i need some longer wheels studs for the front of the ep95 chaps. its booked in for something to be done on sunday so in a bit of a tizz now to get this sorted! its having 4 pots put on and needs a 10mm spacer to clear the calipers. but unfortunately it needs 10mm longer wheel studs to match as im not happy with the amount of bolt thread left over. but dont know the length of the stock bolts. anyone help lol? cheers

just a quick one... im going to upgrade the brakes on my ep95 soon. if im using a heavy duty kit on the front like 4 pots, can i upgrade the rear drums at all? ive taken the drums off and the shoes are fairly worn and will need replacing quite soon. now im not after any kind of mega money disc conversion but is there any simple upgrades like heavier duty shoes or anything? just so i get an all over better braking feel with the car? and finally if not - is there any easier way of getting new brake shoes than going through toyota? like any other models in the starlet range that use the same s

i tried the pdf file on mine mate and for size around the disc edge theres loads of room to spare and mine r 15's so they may do...its the size (thickness) of the caliper that im unsure of. its either very close or fouling. is there any mod's that can be made if it is touching?

yeh nick advised me to go with the ksport 6 pots as he doesnt keep the wms ones anymore as far as im aware, and as for keri@wms i tried to PM them bout a 4 pot kit, took a little while to get a reply but it came through just fine, id just give them a little time dude, but if ya need the brakes right now then its just one of them things i guess

Just thought id post this up as a bit of research for my project and maybe help out some others making up their minds too - what spec clutches do you need for a 4wd turbo starlet? as obviously its gna be under more strain at times than it would be in an equivalent powered GT or glanza. in my case, car will be running a maximum of 250-270bhp at the crank. what kinda clutch should i be looking at here? cheers.

cheers people. got few things waiting to go on very soon one thing id really like to know is about the coilovers. can a normal set of coilies be modified safely to go low enough for the 4paws? cus not naming names here but im hearing drastically varied responses to that question - and the miester custome suspension is 750quid bit more than i wna pay for coilovers really.

i would love to know how you got it to sit so low. looks amazing mate. did u use the meister custom coilies?
