200bhp with a nice lag-less setup, decent set of springs that aint too hard, and uprated brakes not like 6 pot etc but just maybe a levin brake swap or something. wouldnt cost the world far from infact and you got a fantastic little street car. at the end of the day if you dont want a little rice rocket dont get a starlet lol. i personally hate m3's with a passion they are big heavy gaz guzzling tyre shredding wallet destroyers but there ya go lol.

my glanza was 270bhp when it was running 1.4 bar and it used to literally hump stock evos and scoobs etc so this would definetely do the same lol

lol your rather hard to please aint ya dude - theres not many other options i can think of lol eunos if u find a rustless one is a wicked car. look for a 1.8 import with an LSD. 130 odd hp and handles like a dream. failing that the only other car i can think of is a proton satria gti. cheap as shit as they are built very cheaply but good engine and very nippy indeed.

i once for a dare/laugh attempted an ascending pyramid on the leg press. managed to get through it but i couldnt get off the machine for 20 minutes afterwards. dont do that unless you got bruce lee leg muscles.

gym wise you need to think about your rep range. theres really three main rep ranges as follows - - if you want good all over muscle tone but not to gain bulk, do loads of reps with a leighter weight (i.e 15+ per set). starts off easy but gets really hard after a while. a good work out for this is a pyramid. pick a fairly light weight and do 20 reps, then rest and do 30 and rest and 40 and so on until you get to 60 reps, then rest and come down to 50 and 40 and so on till you are back to 20. i do this with bicep curls with a 8kg dumbells and my arms are destroyed at the end. - if you w

lol man some serious masturbation required on this forum today...why on earth are people going off on one?! lmao a 325bhp stripped out glanza has a way better power to weight ratio than the GTR. so like it or not, if the conditions of the race are dead right for the starlet its GNA PULL ON THE GTR. the end! i had a 250bhp glanza and on rolling starts such as this i used to literally play with modded scoobies, evos, you name it. so a 325bhp glanza could easily stay with a GTR on a roll with traction. annoying really that people are actually slating the dude burnys' car. its fuckin rapid

dunno man u spend 5-6 odd thousand on an ep3 your looking at 400bhp+ reliably. easily enough to see off any starlet in my opinion but who knows.

depends what you want really mate. glanza is cheaper to run, easier to work on, and tuneable more so being turbocharged. plus the rare factor also. but the ep3 isnt slow by any means if u use the revs properly (on par id say with a 170-200bhp starlet). where the civic will come into its own is in the handling department. totally different driving experience. and if you have deep enough pockets to supercharge or turbo the k20 it will eat any starlet

my mates had a 182 for ages and its never had any gearbox or electrical problems. but i know a lot of the do as they r french lol. but its a very nice nippy car. however for a big 2 litre it aint that special in straight line its mainly the handling thats superb. but whatever you do when you but one make sure you get one thats got receipt proof of the dephaser pulley and all new belts being done as its a massive and costly job on the cliosports.
