can i just add that i have had an experience similar to Starbuck's. Mine was with the 'interesting character' (for lack of a more preferable term), that is Dave and Darren Burwash of ex-trader TM Developments. Shoddy workmanship, horrific customer service (being threatened over phone), and god knows what else. sometimes people don't want to put negative feedback on here as they just want to recoup as much as they can and just forget the whole experience ever happened. i think i lost 2 years off my life expectancy over it.
