Thats it, may need to press the old ones out or burn them out. Jack

They need to swear at it more, that always works at my place. but heating it up should do the trick, or releasing spary of some sort and a single hex socket/spanner. Jack

The belt your'll need for when you remove the air con is just the belt from an N/A starlet, if you havent found out about it yet. Jack -

I Have No Boost But It Still Dumps ?
JackStar replied to Michael EP91's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Check that the spark plugs are tight, my mate had this problem after changing the engine, and the plugs were loose. Jack -
You could always run a cold air feed to the filter, cold air feed is basicly just i pipe that channels cold air from the front of the car to the filter, this will help with the hot air/ heat soak problem. The filter in the pics looks like it should fit, but without measuring them you wont know, but i'd try it if i was in your shoes, you can always make it fit if it doesnt some how. Jack

Ive just changed the clutch on an R reg glanza rep, but now it wont go in to 1st 2nd or reverse without crunching, ive searched for this problem on here and ive tryed it all, bledding the clutch, swapped slaves with my gt (which works on the gt) checked the gear selector and cables, the sugar cube is in ok. I did swap flywheels from an N reg glanza because it had over heated and has got high spots, but i compared them both and they are the same. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Jack

Ive just fitted my apexi bov and i cant seem to adjust it, when i do adjust the screw at the top, which must be the spring tension, nothing really changes, same as the red ring that changes the hole size, the sound stays the same, i was hopeing it woud change. ive also had it apart, and its all ok inside, all moves ok Can any one help It just sounds like a quieter blitz bov, which is what ive just taken off Thanks Jack

This is my old Tropicana ep, wish i didnt sell it, still see it about though which is nice. I think that black wheels suit the colour. This was it when i got it.

Will try, the bumper doesnt look very nice at the moment as i had to rush to get it finished, but its sounds good. Still cant fix my knock sensor problem tho, want to sort that before ragging it, just replaced the sensor today, £120 from toyota and it didnt fix it, its my own fault for not checking the wire properly 1st and just went for the sensor, so will have to that tomorrow. The grill doesnt fit with the air filter, not to sure whether to make it fit or leave it as it is. front exits on sounds good with the window down, but nice and quiet inside with the window closed. Maybe looking for a mint front bumper soon, as mine been resprayed badly and i want to cut the fmic hole differently. Jack
