yeah, just loosen up the bolt on the end, and then the teack rod will just spin off. they can be stubborn... but some penetrating fluid should help you out. if you really have trouble, you can use a torch on it, but that will ruin the unit and youll have to get another one, heating up a track rod end is an instand MOT fail.

interesting.... i dont see how that would make a difference. as the pump could flow 50000 litres and as long as the fuel reg is up to it, it should be able to cope with the pressures. maybe they are saying that if using a stock FPR, as it may not be up to the task of diverting all that extra fuel, and raising the rail pressure..

i doubt itll confuse the ecu, the injectors only open the injectors for a set amount of time and the fuel pressure is what causes more fuel. if the fuel pressure reg is working properly it wont affect presure. mine still runs 33 on idle even after ive uprated the fuel pump.

how old are you 2? pack it in. also, mark, i have to say i had doubts about the abortion of parts you were throwing at that car. but i fucking love it. its so shit, it is actually awesome. i HATE the hrf kit, but it just sort of works on her. cant wait to see it in the flesh. also, the wheels are needin some bronze. theyd look badass like that. maybe even just the fronts ^^

there s a red filter in there. but its held in with 1 screw, can be taken out in about 2 minutes. ive done it on mine

importing a car is a mugs game. ive done it once, and for the money saved it isnt worth the hassle. let someone import it for you, its not even worth it.
