  1. theres a few meets in kent coming up. the medstone meet is next friday. same place as before. theres also a big bluewater meet at the end of june
  2. shouldnt need them no. unless you have an ep82 shifter.
  3. ohh my god!! are those Emotions you have on it? i fucking love those...... as for that rollerbearing t28. youll have to throw alot of money at the car to get it running right. it depends on your budget.
  4. chances are it will be one of those 2 mate, if its not, come back and ill scratch my head some more. and Chris, ct9s can flow alot of air, just not efficiently. there was a dude is australia who was running 28PSI on a stock ct9...
  5. thats a nice setup mate, where you from because thats at EA in witham isnt it? what sort of power did she make?
  6. that colour is beautiful. not keen in the smoked lights, get yourself some late spec glanza lights!
  7. if the vac line from the turbo to the actuator (the little curved one) isnt sealing or has a crack, youll be overboosting like a pro. also the extra breathing capacity youve given the engine via the zorst and the filter can cause the turbo to blow more than it can deal with and overboost. plug up the niple on the back of the actuator and try that. that should drop the boost to about .5 bar to get you by .
  8. check all your vac lines for leaks etc. and try it with the stock airbox on. see if that helps. if you take the fcd off, all youll do is be hitting fuel cut. which is even gayer than overboostin.
  9. the fcd wont acuse overboost mate. all it does is remove the limiter. youve got a problem elsewhere. do you have an exhaust and an air filter?
  10. no. its a 1p resistor in a posh box. do not buy it.
  11. PER-RICK you was going to be my satnav down. anyone else near the bridge who i can follows?
  12. you can use belts with them, i have no idea why the belts are taken out...
  13. the TRD and the Cusco diffs for the starlet are exactly the same, they are both made by KAAZ. check your chassis plate for the type of gearbox you have, because you may have the optional box with the slip dif inside. in which case youll have to get the oil from toyota, as its a viscous diff. if you have a c56 gearbox, then just get some good synthetic 75w90 oil for it.
  14. jag, can you take some fancy pictures of mine at the med3? i want someone who can actually take a picture to have a go. im useless
  15. i had a fram one. and that fitted with the PS bracket. 20 quid and its yours?
  16. we need 10 minimum.... they dont do less than 10 so i need names. names down. 1. Rick.
  17. 1) JAG (SR) 2) Alex (Glanza) 3) Joe-EP91 4) Rick
  18. ill get hold of coochi then and drive up with him.
  19. is there any thurrock convoys leaving? i might get hold of coochi and see what hes doing, he lives about 5 mins away from me.
  20. sure it runs better when you use the 4e timing marks on a 5e with a turbo. ive tried both. it made more power when using the 4e markings.
  21. he did, but realised they look shit. so bought that ugly fucker instead ^^
  22. http://www.essexkarting.co.uk/ we'd go here. its a minted little track. you need a minimum of 10 people. but the max price is 50 quid and thats: practice warm up laps 8 heats (all drivers) (5 laps) Final top 8 drivers (10 laps) Trophies for top drivers they also do shorter events at a cheaper price, but this is the best deal imo. up for it you northern lads?
  23. did you drain it out, and then smell it. or are you sniffing by the oil filler cap? that area of the engine is where the fuel reg is and the injectors. you could have a wee fuel leak that youre sniffing.
  24. its just to the right of the steering wheel, it pops out and the wires are real easy to get to.
