That looks stunning mate ! That chosen colour certainly stands out from the black bay! Nice work Get a front mount next to show off the rocker cover, add some polished pipework into the mix, oh yeshhh

It wont really damage the engine, You really want the shortest route possible.. Thats the best idea. You dont sound stupid for asking questions matey. Everybody has to learn sometime If you think about it, the stock airbox/filter position is quite a distance from the engine.. Taking the most stupid route they could think of lol the efi pipe runs over the top of the manifold, even with the stock heatshield in place, it still heats the air intake up to an extent. In theory , if you have a slightly further route for the filter, it should lower the amount of boost creep you will get. Best be

If your after relocating your air filter straight off the ct9 inlet, you want to port your wastegate. Easily done with a dremel and a bit of patience. Just remember to only take it a few mm's, and not too extreme, unless you plan on running a larger wastegate flap. I cant remember what i ported my wastegate to, but i had the wastegate flap enlarged slightly to compensate it. That way you can run a filter straight off of the inlet with out any creep. You could also do what some people are running, a filter off of the inlet, with a custom made restriction filter than goes inside the samco, a

^^ lol If you have ABS , its the only electrical aid i would ever keep OR want for that matter. If you drive the car on the road, i suggest in keeping it chap. And to your ct9 is shit comment, tell that to JAM racing etc, some of the companys run ct9 based starlets.

There should be plenty of places to get a cold air feed from without taking a foglight out If its a turbo you have, just relocate the filter straight off the turbo and infront of the radiator. rather get rid of air con than abs, air con wont save your life in the need of an emergency

Should be fun trying to weld on a take off pipe for the external wastegate for the ct9. Be more hassle than its worth on a ct9 even if its a mental hybrid. Hence why the hybrids only need to run a ported internal wastegate bro. Leave the externals for tdo setups, gtr setups and k24/6 etc

If you think your gonna be smoking alot of other cars, you have to choose PINK just to see there faces when a lairy pink 1.3 buzzes past them causing a small quake off of the rictor scale ;) -

Thanks lads the poor V has been off the road for so damn long now, since february.. i remember because my birthday was the 7th and i stopped driving it on the 5th to start saving for the parts. just need my valvesprings, rods, pistons and headgasket now but ill see what i can squeeze outta her for now on standard internals .. im sure if it all goes pete tong ive got used to public transport once again hopefully id be making over 200hp at the moment.. maybe 200, maybe slightly more with what i have now.. but i wanna take this hybrid to its limit which would be around 260 ish

Awesome bodywork, id definately sell my left testicle for the shell.. but look at the engine.. it looks like its been shotblasted with grit. for that huge spec list, you'd have thought it would have been a bit tidyer and looked after.. the engine looks truly run in lol my mates 87reg mini looks cleaner than that engine.
