Right... First things first... Take OFF the FPR. Make sure you don't have a FCD wired in on it tho... If you hitting fuel cut at 0.85bar its all good.. The LAG, is most likely because the adjustable wastegate actuator is not tensioned properly... As a starting point, It wants to be JUST tensioning the flap with no vacuum interference... Hitting Fuel cut will most likely be this cold weather and the combo of a front mounted filter and huge decat...

NEVER. get a rocker cover powder coated as these companies often use sand blasting equipment! Sand gets stuck under the baffle inside the rocker cover and has been known to destroy engines! Its happened to a few unfortunate members!

If there wet you don't have a spark or a strong enough one... DO you have a decent spark on ALL 4 cyl's.... Try turning it over for a long period of time with injectors unplugged to clear the cyl of shite. (60secs+) Poor some fuel into the throttle body and try starting it without the injectors still plugged in...
