  1. Its fine, your doing well so far! Ok, if your hitting fuel cut then your building too much boost pressure. Is the car standard, if not what modifications have you done?
  2. Hi Mate... It sounds like your on the early stages of fuel cut! Fuel Cut is a limiter designed to protect the engine from being damage from building too much boost pressure... If you creep up to 0.9 bar of boost, you will sometimes get a EML light. Anymore, you'll fit fuel cut itself which will feel like a missfire... Have you got a boost gauge, what boost level are you running? Is the car stock?
  3. Manual Boost Controllers have the same effect as an adjustable actuator... Its just another way of doing... As long as you stay under fuel cut, you wont have a problem... However, an electronic boost controller would be a MUCH better investment! They will allow you to get much more stable boost all the way to the redline and much faster response and spool in most cases!
  4. Haha, shorty. Never expect that! If your going for big power on your EP85 You should keep it for spares... The gearbox/ diff/ center shaft. etc Looks awesome though, would be worth a fortune if it was a 3dr!

  7. There is no fault here people! Ensure you have the correct settings selected on the left hand side!
  8. If its blowing you will hear the ticking/tapping blowing noise like any exhaust... This would cause slow spool too... But if its not blowing it can only be actuator imo!
  9. Anyone that's ever said there internally gated screamer downpipe doesn't blow is a liar... lol You cant 100% seal them! You can get them close... So it hardly blows but there not designed to have a screamer! lol If you want a screamer, get a tial and a proper fanimold!
  10. Hmm. Id go for a HKS item tbh... The stock ones are all bloody old! The seals and spring will be very soft by now! HKS item is alot better!
  11. Worn Out Actuator is a good port of call! If your still on the stock one...?
  12. Nothing should need adjusting no... Just make sure you prime the turbocharger's oil system and be careful with the oil feed/return as these can crack if abused... If they crack and dump your oil, good bye engine!
