    Welcome to UKSO! If your interested in tuning your starlet.. Have a read through these tuning guides: http://www.ukstarletowners.com/page/articles.html/_/tuning-stages/ Gearbox wise... If its your daily driver... Id advise to get a 2nd gearbox that's used... Rebuild that and then swap them over! Your also VERY local to Race-Tech Motorsport.... So if you want any help with tuning there the people to speak too!

    You can tell if a ringland has gone... It will be misfiring and smoking... it will also spit out through the breather system and out the dipstick tube... Do all the usual car checks... You will be able to tell what kind of life its had by having a good look round it

    Looks good... Looking at the mating surfaces.... Could you not put a thin smearing of exhaust paste on there to seal it.... Would probably work well?

    I thought the TRD gasket was designed for the ct9 or N/A use? Stock one is 1.2mm Id go with an Athena 1.2mm gasket matey!

    Had a day off today so showed the car some love... Stripped the back end down.... Backbox off to give it a good clean and get rid of some of the black dots that always seem to appear on tailpipes! Much Better! Removed the Rear Shocks to make a small adjustment and give them a clean up! How they looked when they came off, not to bad tbh! Stripped down and cleaned! Also Inspected the entire rear end, underseal still looks as mint as the day I applied it last year! So I carried on undersealing the areas I didn't get round too, including behind where the rear bumper

    Thanks Folks! Got bit of time after work today to get the front tidy box fitted, the brackets a royal nightmare! Persisted and got it fitted perfect though! Perfect Quite handy actually, perfect for few little bits and bobs. Don't think ill use it as a Bin like the JDM boys!

    I think your mistaking me for someone that gives a shit lol, tbh, the compressor housing is what I was trying to show, the psyical size of the turbochargers is very different. Edit* Changed Happy?

    This is a Bride Rail, meaning a Bride seat is a direct fitment! The Recaro would require an adaptor. However it only adapts the Rear Mounting point (further 2inch's back I believe...) The front bolts holes for the seat is the same... Still mad cheap even if u have to mess about a bit! Unsure of height of the rail... I cant decode all the numbers on the label! Open to Offers Chaps! Do you a good deal...
