stuff you can buy from shops meguiars is the best ive used... autoglym gives amazing results, but the finish just doesnt last long enough, hence why i use meguiars. mer is good stuff also.

Wheel refurb update. wheels are finished and on. enjoy. its not true takata green, but its as close as i could get... and the clear coat brightened it up more than i wanted, but overall im happy with the result, altho the paint reacted with the undercoat after it had dried which is annoying, but o well... getting loads of "WTF?" looks which is funny. Rich.

changing a mani isnt that easy. i couldnt be bothered with the hassle and payed burwash's guys to do mine.

yeah, i probably should have done some reflections, but o well... they were only about 10 mins each.

dont bother, just buy new ones. if they were glass then i'd say do it, but as theyrea plastic lense you'll probably break them trying to separate them.

a N/A starlet means that its a non turbo (Normally Aspirated). all the uk spec ep91 (96-99) N/A starlets came with the same 4efe engine, so there is no performance difference between them. the only thing that varies is the spec, for example my old starlet 1.3i had the same 4efe engine as all other n/a starlets but had no power steering, airbags, electrics, alloys, spoilers etc. most sportif's come with a few extras (depending on year and spec) such as power steering or an airbag and maybe a rear spoiler. the sr and gls are the top of the uk spec range, the sr coming with a revcounter, alloys, lowered springs, sporty tte exhaust, spoilers, electrics, sunroofs (as an extra), graphics, and a different coloured interior... and the gls coming with shiny chrome bits a revcounter and different interior bits (and probably some other bits ive forgotten). price on a basic starlet (sportif/1.3i) can be from £500-£600 up to about £2k-£3k for a sr or gls depending on year, condition and mileage. hope that helps. i just used any old 95 ron shite in my old n/a... an ive used v power in the v and tbh it run far better on esso super, so thats what its lived off for the last two years.

rub the gloss shine off the paint and let it rust a bit and that'd be a awesome rat car.
