  1. Seen about half of it and it's quite good http://vimeo.com/5319487
  2. Oh yeah my bad lol I didn;t check the first post, was trying to remember from the last time I saw the thread
  3. Probably about 170bhp, you'd probably be around 180-185bhp with an FMIC When I fitted my Mine's ECU (still at 0.8Bar) I could really feel the need for an FMIC, it wouldn't pull at higher speeds. Fitted one and it made a big difference!
  4. Insuring a GT for me at 21 0NCB is £1k Best to wait until you're 21 imo to get a fast hatch
  5. Decat and straight through is a win, a member recently made 90bhp with that but 2 or 3" decat back I'd defo say don't bother with a mani though, on the last Dyno day I made more power than one NA using an adapted corolla exhaust mani and another using a OBX AND decat! Obviously it depends on health of engine etc but it's best to go with something proven Ask redz11 about the Glanza TB, or miib14 they both have them I think
  6. Oh helllll no! I went on a run with my mate the other night and he started telling me about it, fucking nearly puked! And I'm a medic, so I ain't squeamish!
  7. GT no question, I'm surprised how frugal mine is even at 0.8 bar and a load of mods As long as you can afford the insurance that is...
  8. I think rorenapier is running a TD04 on a Plug and Play ECU ktl made 230bhp too I think
  9. Awesome build isn't it? That Tariq guy has crazy bodywork skills Oh and they've only uploaded 2 parts so far, the next part comes out in a week! Join up on the FB fanpage for news In the meantime watch their Japanese adventure, it's an hour long, should help pass some time lol
  10. ^x2
  11. Loving the wheels Get yourself a C2 aerial off ebay, they're only a few quid and look 10x better than the original one!
  12. NAs have the KYB oil shocks, GT/Glanza have the KYB gas shocks. KYB's sports shocks are the "New SR Specials"
  13. OBX one's off ebay fit but you'll need the exhaust adapted to fit. AND they don't seem to very beneficial for our cars as they are designed for Paseo's 5efe. A Cat-back exhaust will give you a guaranteed gain; I made 87.6bhp with Apexi filter, Corolla mani and 2" straight through exhaust
  14. Give Luke a shout, there aren't too many active members with SRs these days!
  15. Why so shocked? ^Those were new too lol You already know, but in case you forgot..text coming your way I won't say what it is until they're here
  16. Nice one fellas! Itching for the new parts to arrive now :)
  17. Was reading about this the other day LOL
  18. I've been watching these guys for a while now, quality videos
  19. Guys stop saying standalone, they're just plug and play ECUs Proper standalones are HKS F-Con and Apexi Power FC etc that need to be mapped! For your mods, a plug and play ECU would be good enough, there's no point getting an E-Manage mapped for such a basic spec! A JAM/Blitz will cope with future mods and won't lose value Have a read around on the forum mate this topic has been covered a million times
  20. You won't need a FCD or anything with a JAM/Blitz ECU, they remove fuel and speed cut. They self learn to some extent, to adjust themselves to your setup. They are perfect for CT9/hybrids and even TD04
  21. Liking that! Crap on the lip fiasco
  22. Loving it, where are the sideskirts? lol
