  1. Is that all there is to it? So apart from that everything will fit into place? It's a standard Glanza so I reckon I may get away with it for cooling
  2. I have inadvertently ordered a radiator for a normal aspirated EP91 instead of one for my Glanza, it's arrived and wondered whether it would fit my starly turbo or should I send it back. I believe that they will fit, hopefully with not too much hassle and the fan will just fit on, has anyone any insight into this?
  3. Re: You can even use cheap ep91 non turbo rads to save cash there around £40. Does this drop straight In? as I have inadvertently done just that and ordered a normal aspirated radiator, it's arrived and wondered whether it would fit my starly turbo or have to send it back.
  4. encouraging news, looks like i need to decat mine, this was an issue of concern but seems no problem
  5. happens to me also, that said i haven't checked my fluid level yet
  6. Well that's answered my question yes they were KYB
  7. funny you mention that i have had exactly the same problem with mine, were they KYB shocks by chance?
  8. Things like this infuriate me, no wonder Raoul Moat has a fan page on Facebook, shame he didn't pump a few more bobbies full of lead. Why not try uphold the law rather than be an obvious 'sour grapes' bunch of so called adults that are supposed to be doing a responsible job.
  9. It's just commonplace to bastardise English nowadays part of the course, wonder if it happens in other languages?
  10. personally i left the seal on mine, of course it won't cover the full width of the intercooler, but i figure you really need to direct and force the air onto it and through, not give it an alternative path, i'e down the sides. removing the rubber seal seems somewhat folly to me, the duct on top is not large enough and removing the seal will still not make it so, only adapting the seal is the way ahead , i'm intrigued to see to see this mod now.
  11. you use the existing rear pipe i know that, and the front is a 90 degree bend size being something like 51mm_45mm reducer. Once fitted you should notice is spool up earlier, and you can certainly hear the air blast through, lot more noise, the art is getting them to sit straight, i got my 90 degree pipe off Ebay, watch it don't hit the bonnet though when closed, mine did slightly till i won the fight with the damn thing, dare not take it off now. Any noticeable improvement with be slight, but lets face it the standard unit is no better than a glorified oil cooler, it's got to be better, get
  12. i hope so i just ordered a full set for my EP91, to go with some Spax lowering springs, i have seen other people using them it was on the TGTT site, nobody seemed to say anything untoward about them, that's where i got the link.
  13. a friend of mine has a cobblers shop, i used to use a black leather dye that he used, since then i put a wheel cover on as it did tend to rub off in time.
  14. This video will be even more effective in future years to come when we have scratch & sniff screens (smellyvision) .
  15. looking really nice, really like the wheels, hope to see it in the flesh soon i shall keep an eye out for it.
  16. Yeah same here, it's not exactly leaps and bounds ahead in the grand scheme of things.
  17. could be missing something here but i thought it was opposite to what your explaining, doesn't the build in pressure push the actuator arm to open the wastegate so removing the arm will mean the wastegate stays shut so you'll just boost into fuel cut off.
  18. Lol , oh my god that made me laugh, fair comment though i would re-register it elsewhere and get away from the whole situation, new girlfriend required, sometimes you have to ask yourself, 'is the juice worth the squeeze'
  19. I particularly like the Swastika under the bonnet, makes it a bit meaner
  20. after all the effort you have put in i personally wouldn't let a head gasket get the better of me, if you going to fix it regardless then why not keep it, to fix it then break/sell it seems bonkers.
  21. No one has actually mentioned what day of the week all this happens at Teesside Park
  22. So would i, mine takes a good chunk of the RX7 , i noticed the main spot if misses is to the right hand side, not sure how you would, or could fit more in be interesting to see a good mod for it.
  23. Bargain, i bought mine last year, a standard lovely looking example, apart from the alloys and paid a lot more.
  24. Looks rather swell, i must do something with mine, I'm the same i still have a top mount RX7 jobby but it's still covered nontheless
