--> QUOTE(Stevie B @ Jun 29 2007, 05:34 PM) ←Also managed to connect the throttle input & get it working a few days earlier which he couldnt do before when he was mapping the cars, so i have the privilege to say i am the first to be mapped this way! ;) What do you mean by the throttle input? Just so the emange see's the throttle position? I thought our cars only had a basic on off TPS? How did he map it differently? I also might get him to hook up some extra inputs for my e-01 to display, I'm sure he'd be able to. --> QUOTE(Stevie B @ Jun 29 2007, 05:34 PM) ←managed to get my hands on some carbon fibre too Wallace he he ;) ;)

I fitted my Greddy Profec E-01 and also test fitted the Emanage this weekend, still need to play about with the profec more as its not set up perfectly and has loads of features which will take a while to get used too. So this is how they look fitted.... I can't take any credit for the carbon fascia but thanks to rubix_cube for that, i also fitted a carbing cooling panel so thanks to GlanzaVSilver for that. Another pic of the outside just to make you all jealous of the wheels again So now i just need to get the emanage properly fitted and mapped then will see how it performs after that. I'm also really in need of new brakes now so will sort that soon, also the car has started squealing at high rpm, i think its a slipping belt so need to get that checked. Other than that the glanza's going great. -
Ouch sounds sore! Whats the spec of the hybrid to do that damage? How much would you be wanting for the turbo and did you get it direct from turbo dynamics, or does dave sell them?
-
No you can't get them from toyota because its an optional extra and they don't stock the optional parts.
-
Thats only the wrx though, the sti will hopefully look a bit better, its getting the usual wide arches, aggressive scoops, skirts and wing treatment. But that one is cack.
-
3rd light is 9psi ie stock hi 2nd i think is about 6psi 1st comes on when you start making boost As ecks said get a proper one though.
-
Looks good that colour, much better than the two tone green and black.

It is a sump!lol Its meant for racing use to prevent the engine getting starved of oil during hard cornering where the forces push the oil away from the pick up. An engine without any oil feed ain't much use on a race track. Its only needed if you intend on pulling a good few g's whilst cornering regularly!
-
The ct9 will be very hard pushed to make that power and will probably not last long at hat power either. That td04 will easily get you over 200 and upto 220 if you wanted. You'll need the appropriate mods to suit it though.

Falkland performance centre are pretty good. I got my turbo replaced there any they're a decent bunch, they have a lot of history with cossie's and doing race engines for them. They're located in Glenrothes. http://www.falkland.co.uk/

Lol. What a bunch of numptys! Was wondering why i was the only one left going to edinburgh! Was good crack. shame about the weather though... 70 mph wheelspins mmmm Also the first thing i had to do when i got in was change me bloody socks, they were soaked through! I'll put up the few pics i took in a bit, but there's not many and they're a bit crap!
-
Lol cheers mate, totally missed it. Things are looking good for me getting lost tomorrow!

What do you do for money and why drive an ep82?
WallaceGlanza replied to NightSpirit's topic in Lifestyle General
I'm in my final year studying Automotive Engineering, finish up in a few weeks. I used to rip the arse off a kia pride, but always wanted something a bit quicker, i always remembered this little 1.3 turbo off gran turismo 1, did a little research, worked stupid hours over the summer two years ago and earned 4 grand in the process then went and bought myself the glanza. Loved it then and still do, even though its a black hole for money with me having spent over 5 grand after buying the bloody thing! -
Oh well then! If the engine's in good nick it would be able to embarass the ep91 na's. Nice!
-
It says in the ebay ad 80bhp?! Surely not!
