  1. Sounds like fuel cut to me too. Covering it up by taking the bulb out the dash certainly isn't gonna solve anything.
  2. Thats certainly a good base to work with, should be good with the fte in it. If you need new front bumper for it give me a pm, as I might be selling my glanza one soon.
  3. Glanza's are worth more and newer so I'd assume thats why they cost more to insure. Your gonna have to phone round companies to check prices and make sure its going down as a glanza not a gt. I wouldn't expect to get any change from £1000 though, thats what I was paying in my first year with the glanza at 20, fully comp, wheels and exhaust, with elephant too.
  4. Thats super super! Brown mark films.... my favourite
  5. I wish I could say the same but the side of my car can be seen in one of the photos - a photo I too aswell!
  6. Why do they keep putting the fake rays wheels on all their cars?!
  7. Oh dear the glanza/starlet club on there is quite bad too: http://www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=3937700102 And yes it has a link back to us here.
  8. Could it be this mean machine?: http://www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=2001730117 isn't it, Boo ya!, flametastic etc
  9. There was one at the scottish meet last year too, its in the photos in the meets section.
  10. I'll probably be in Japan around this time. I'm planning on going to china, korea then japan from the middle of february spending about a month in each place. Would be good to meet up with you guys if you were there at the same time.
  11. Welcome to the site. Also your forum name needs changed! ;)
  12. That looks awesome! I take it the fenders are mc chu's cruise replica one's? They really suit your car, they make the front look really fat better than the proper cruise one's actually. I really like them! ;) Also the gram lights are a very good choice, they suit the car so much more. My favourite na by far, excellent work mate.
  13. Insert this >> http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d32/wels...k5/DSC00273.jpg in between these: ;)
  14. So the full beam with hid's are worse than standard?! Why's that? I want hid's at some point but do lot of country driving like yourself so would want the full beam to be good.
  15. @ Jay I knew it was gonna be that picture you posted before it had loaded! Its a classic. My best single mod would probably be either the cusco coilovers for both the cosmetic and performance difference, or my rays - they make the car look so much better.
  16. Yeah cheers Idress, those were the one's I'd been looking at. You think those will have two brightness's then? EDIT: Just found that if they have two contacts then they are ok, so these are.
  17. Right, the other night I got stopped by the police and fined 30 quid for having a noisy exhaust!.... but the reason I was pulled over to start with was because of my rear sidelights shining a bit white. On inspection of the bulbs, I found that the red coating on the bulbs has started to peel off, the bulbs I'm talking about are the one's at the bottom of the cluster. These are just normal sidelights as standard however I also have the fog light wired into the left one as other's on here have, so obviously I need a dual filament bulb with a red glow due to the clear reflet lense. So my quest
  18. Lol. No, it just happens. Added bonus I suppose. I thought you were going to the pub anyway?!
  19. Rays FTW!!! £360 with toyo's equals...... Instant panties dropping and plenty of change from the price of a set of common rota's to get properly rat arsed and not even remember who's panties it is that litter the car. Seriously though search around ebay/yahoo for jdm rim's and you'll find an original sexual set for the price of rota's.
  20. Volks!? What volks? I quite like the black rims actually, they look quite mean, maybe a different style in black would look nicer. I've got my sexy uber jdm tsw's back on instead of the nasty ray's too.
  21. Well I don't use my brakes hard at all but the pedal still has a lot of dead travel before they bite which I don't like. When they bite it is good though, I gave them a bit of abuse to test them and they did seem to fade quite easily which was a bit dissapointing. You don't happen to want some blue caliper paint to make them look even nicer?!
  22. Which mintex pads? I've got a similar setup except for the bmcs and I went for the ten grooves with 1144 pads. I'm not that impressed to be honest. Did you fit the whole lot today?
  23. What brakes have you gone for mate? Didn't realise I hadn't commented on your car yet but as is obvious and already said it looks really mint, wish mine was so clean.
  24. Its mapped safely up to the fuel cut at 13.2 psi.
