  1. I think thats the original name for it the UK version is Kaido Racer 2 so his dodgy copy must be the JDM import version. :P I'm happy enough with my PS2 at the moment too (well aswell as playing my flat mate's 360!), think I'm gonna wait till the PS3 has been out a bit longer and dropped in price significantly, then decide which to go for.
  2. Welcome mate, for 5.5k you will be able to get an absolute minter of a Glanza with a lot of tasty mods already done too, if thats what you want.
  3. Its Kaido Racer 2 which has GT's ang Glanza's in it, aswell as every other sexy JDM car! I must admit being a strict playstation fan that I'm getting sorely tempted to buy a 360, although I'd still need my Gran Turismo fix!
  4. They look kinda like them, find me the actual model name then, otherwise I'll start calling them TE38's And if you find another set you better not advertise them, I like being unique. Also the wind deflectors have been missing since i bought it, never bothered getting a set, probably will when i can be bothered, i think they were standard on all V's so mine muct have been ripped off. Thanks for all the other comments guys.
  5. BP Ultimate isn't as good as V-power, its been proven in independant tests. Ultimate 102 would be a different thing altogether though...
  6. Cheers guys. I think I might have seen them once before, or at least a similar set of wheels, certainly not seen any on a Starlet before, I'm loving how rare they are!
  7. I'd definately be interested, i need some nice blue Rays nuts to compliment the wheels, it would be rude not to get a set.
  8. Shame he doesnt' tell you the mileage either.
  9. Thanks mate, i think they are quite nice too
  10. Haha thanks mate, I found them on ebay! A guy just down the road from me was selling them, pity I hadn't found out sooner cause I could of got them cheaper but when I seen them I just had to have them, I thought they would suit the car pretty well.
  11. WooHoo! Finally got myself some nice JDM rims! They are Rays Engineering ie Volks but I don't actually know the model, they look like TE37's but with a twist! I'm absolutely loving them! They need a good clean and I'd like some nice Rays wheels nuts to finish them off, but overall I'm really chuffed I think they set the car off nicely.
  12. The 1st one is well funny the second is just shocking that someone can just not drive, at all, yet get a license. You should of posted this one too, its a classic...
  13. Good to meet you too mate, my names Dave but Wallace is fine as its a bit less common. You probably noticed i hovered about around your car for a while before actually speaking to you, wasn't exactly sure who you where! Anyway it was a pretty good day if a bit cold, I also could of got my lazy arse out of bed a bit earlier, missed a few nice cars including the 22B and Tommi Mak's that you've got pics of. Good pics from yourself as always though, we'll get some good group shots at the scottish meet hopefully.
  14. Nice one mate, good going. I remember trying to drift a lot in GT3, my favourite was the Silvia K series 1800. Its pretty good for drifting, think i've still got some replays saved too. I'm ashamed to say i never tried it in the AE86 so might have to get it out again and give it a try. ;) Have you tried drifting in GT4? Its feckin solid!
  15. Those wheels really do suit it. Lob your avatar is well smart! Its funny seeing two of your posts with the bonnet going in opposite directions. How the feck did you manage that!?
  16. Yup, they do blue red silver and white..... ;)
  17. Thanks mate, I've done basically everything the car has on it now myself. The only mods it had when i bought it were an FCD which will be going soon and a Kakimoto exhaust which unfortunately went rotten. So yeah its getting there.
  18. I really like your GT mate. When i strip my rear I'll definately have to get one of those SARD battery relocaters they look the business. Liking the website too. ;) Good work fella, keep it up.
  19. Sorry i am a lazy barstard though! Hmm the wheels sound interesting, you got any pics? Chuck em to me on msn if you do. Thanks Idress, yeah i quite like the reflets, better than stock and the 98 glanza one's in my opinion. You don't need to remind me about the wheels! ;)
  20. Thanks mate! I try my best! ;) --> QUOTE(Stevie B @ Apr 26 2007, 07:27 PM) not bad at all! im still unsure of stainless. I do love my bargain hunting! I'm still not sure of it either, but as long as it lasts a year till i can afford a mild steel one then its ok, also i can get it welded easily enough if it does crack, but i'm hoping it doesn't!
  21. --> QUOTE(Stevie B @ Apr 26 2007, 06:44 PM) how much did the mani cost you mate? I got it for £175 second hand but never used. ;)
  22. Erm not really sure, they had one's this size on display at the place i go it made up and i thought it looked a reasonable size. I'll measure it for you if you want. I haven't been stopped for it yet though, but when i had the plate hanging from the sunvisor i got stopped and fined within weeks. ;)
  23. Your computer must not like putfile, the pics start here if you want to look at them; http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=5049683
  24. Ditto, a nice blue tommi mak is my next car for sure.
  25. Yeah i noticed that, i said about it in another post too since people have been waiting on bits from speedvision for a lot longer and which cost considerably more. Also the fact that some people got them made it pretty obvious that he wasn't trying to rip people off. Never mind eh.
